Description
'Moptops' is a separate apartment located on the ground floor of our home. The apartment opens up to ocean views in a manicured garden with its own outdoor barbecue area. We are located in the leafy seaside suburb of Batehaven, only minutes walk to the beach and neighbourhood shopping centre and 5 km to the CBD.
This luxuriously appointed apartment comes with lounge, full kitchen, laundry facilities, separate bedroom with ensuite. Includes a large view wall-mounted TV, DVD, stereo CD player and wireless broadband. The ambience is well-suited for a romantic and relaxed getaway.
We are happy to assist you with any requirements or local knowledge e.g. restaurants, walks, tourist attractions, bbq, beach chairs, fishing gear, etc. Ideal for those couples wishing to experience the serenity and warm hospitality of seaside living. Continental breakfast starter pack included. All linen provided. Beach towels available upon request.

Batemans Bay, located in the beautiful Eurobodalla Shire, is a popular coastal town 3 1/2 hours south of Sydney and under 2 hours from Canberra. 'Eurobodalla' means 'Land of Many Waters' and Batemans Bay is your first port-of-call being at the mouth of the Clyde River providing a water playground of kayaking, fishing, surfing and many other water sports. Our national parks provide many beautiful walking and 4WD tracks. The Eurobodalla Botanical Gardens are well worth a visit as is the Mogo Zoo in the small community of Mogo. Take a river cruise up the Clyde River to the historic town of Nelligen or go for a kayaking tour and learn all about our famous oysters. Great location for a round of golf or a hit of tennis.

"Well appointed, compact apartment" The space was perfect for a couple - and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Was very clean and well presented. The small outdoor area (with ocean view) - just for visitors - was perfect and included a BBQ. Jenny and Roy were very welcoming. And the location was convenient to explore from.

"Excellent apartment. Beautifully appointed place." Excellent apartment with lots of room for a 1 bedder. Fantastic kitchen and the whole place was light and airy. Lovely owners as well. Garden was immaculate. Would recommend highly.

The hosts were friendly and eager to make our stay enjoyable. Tastefully furnished, immaculately clean, fully equipped even including condiments and sauces and a few basic groceries with milk juice, butter and bread, 3 types of cereal provided for the 1st breakfast. Garden furniture in a manicured pretty garden enabled outdoor eating and relaxing looking out over the sea. The bay view was expansive and enjoyable watching the different moods of the day. Great location,this as a wonderful place!

Moptop is a nice self contained apartment, really well situated. The owners are very welcoming and helpful to discover the area! We'll come back for sure!!
