The recently renovated apartment includes a TV in both the living room and bedroom, each with chrome cast for you to enjoy. The bedroom has a queen size bed. There is an outdoor seating area for you to enjoy your morning coffee.
Enjoy the spectacular views across the harbour in this renovated apartment, which includes a kitchen, bathroom and lounge area. The apartment is located close to the Sandy Bay shopping precinct and a local grocer is just around the corner for everything you need during your stay.
Please note: The apartment is underneath the main house. The door between the two will be locked during your stay but the buildings are connected. The apartment has a separate entrance to the house. We ask that guests in both properties are respectful of each other and mindful of excessive noise which may travel.
The driveway is not suitable for larger cars and because it is quite steep, we do not recommend cars which sit low to the ground drive up or down the driveway. We will send instructions on which is the car space for the unit with check in details as guests cannot use the car space for the main house. As you can see from the gorgeous views, the apartment is located on a hill. Therefore, the driveway to the apartment is quite steep and care needs to be taken. A hand rail has been installed to assist guests but please consider if any of your guests have any mobility issues.

There is a house above the unit that is connected via a fire door near the dining table. This will be locked and there is no access in-between 2 accommodations. However, the entire unit that is advertised is available for your exclusive use.
There is off street for one vehicle. The driveway is quite steep, so it may not be suitable for larger cars or cars which sit low to the ground. There is plenty of free on street parking.
We require a copy of a government issued photo ID to be sent to us prior to guests arrival, e.g. drivers license. Strictly no parties, no smoking, and no pets. Please be mindful of noise in this peaceful neighbourhood, and for the house guests above.

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys. You will be liable for damage caused when doors have to be forced open owing to the key being lost and also cost of replacement keys and locks.
No responsibility is taken for the guest’s personal property left on the premises; however we will make every attempt to contact you should items be left behind. Cost of returning items will be at your expense.
We have a very strict No Party policy. Any behaviour deemed to be disturbing the peace will result in instant eviction from the property. The number of occupants must not exceed the original number as stated when the booking was confirmed.
