The house has free wifi access, and a TV in the open plan living/dining room with a Chromecast. The property consists of 4 bedrooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, a large scenic deck, a designated laundry room, and 2.5 bathrooms.

There are DVD's and books for you to enjoy during your stay.
We provide freshly laundered towels and linen for each guest, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide pantry basics, tea, coffee, and some milk to get you started.
As you can see from the gorgeous views, the house is located on a hill. Therefore, the driveway is quite steep and care needs to be taken. A hand rail has been installed to assist guests but please consider if any of your guests have any access issues.

There is unit underneath the house that is connected via a fire door in the laundry corridor. This will be locked and there is no access in-between 2 accommodations. However, the whole house advertised is available for your exclusive use.
There is off street, undercover parking available for one vehicle. The driveway is quite steep, so it may not be suitable for larger cars or cars which sit low to the ground. There is plenty of free on street parking.
We require a copy of a government issued photo ID to be sent to us prior to guests arrival, e.g. drivers license. Strictly no parties, no smoking, and no pets. Please be mindful of noise in this peaceful neighbourhood, and for the unit guests below.

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys. You will be liable for damage caused when doors have to be forced open owing to the key being lost and also cost of replacement keys and locks.
No responsibility is taken for the guest’s personal property left on the premises; however we will make every attempt to contact you should items be left behind. Cost of returning items will be at your expense.
We have a very strict No Party policy. Any behaviour deemed to be disturbing the peace will result in instant eviction from the property. The number of occupants must not exceed the original number as stated when the booking was confirmed.
