LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

West Leederville is an eclectic suburb to the west of Perth CBD and is only 20 minutes walk or about 2.5km from the Perth city center.  The townhouse is situated between Subiaco and Leederville, which are two of Perth’s best night spots and café scenes.  They are both about a 15 minute walk away

A large Coles supermarket is within a 2 minutes walk.  In the center you will also find a Chemist, Newsagency, bottle-shop and a casual café.

One of my favourite café’s – ‘Piccolo’s Corner’ is a 200m walk away!

There are two railway stations within 1.2km. One travels south to the city and then onto Mandurah/Bunbury and the other train line goes west to the coastline and Fremantle.

Subiaco Oval is 1.5km away

The new Perth Arena is 2.5km

St John of God Hospital is walking distance away.  Nearby are dentists, medical specialists and many medical centers

Bunning’s is next to the hospital, which can also be very handy!

Although very central and close to Cambridge Street, this superb townhouse is located in a very private/cozy setting and quiet location.

MAXIMUM PEOPLE 


* At any one time a maximum of 4 people are permitted to use the Property as overnight accommodation. 


* Between the hours of 10am to 11pm no more than 8 people are permitted to be in the Property. 


* Between the hours of 11pm to 10am no more than 4 people are permitted to be in the Property. 



SMOKING 


* Smoking is not permitted in the Property at any time, however ashtrays are provided for people who wish to smoke in the courtyard. 



GUEST RESPOSIBILITIES 


* Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, and crockery and cutlery washed, dried and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. 


* Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc. 


RUBBISH REMOVAL

* Bins should be placed on the verge every Thursday evening for the bin collection Friday morning.  All bins should be brought back into the garage space on Friday.  If you intend to be away on either of these days then please advise the property manager so that this can be organised for you.

 

 

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT 


* In order to secure your booking we require a payment of $500 as a form of deposit. 


* The balance is to be paid14 days prior to commencement of your stay for all stays of under 4 weeks. 


* For bookings made under 14 days of commencement of stay the full balance is required at the time of booking, including the security deposit/bond.

* All accommodation must be paid prior to check-in.


* We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and via direct deposit into our bank account via Paypal. Should you prefer direct deposit our bank details will be advised to you at the time of booking. 



CANCELLATION OR VARIATION 


* If you wish to vary or cancel your booking please contact us immediately via email. 


* Any cancellation made 21 days or more prior to the intended stay will result in a full refund of all monies received. 


* Any cancellation made less than 21 days will result in forfeiture of the securing deposit. 


* If the stay has commenced and you wish to reduce the duration of you stay, you will only be refunded the security bond minus any damage and excess cleaning that is required.  You will not receive back any funds for the nightly rates that you booked.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND DAMAGES 


* A $500 security bond is required at the same time as the outstanding balance of your booking. It will be credited to your designated payment method once the property has been inspected and deemed to have been left in a similar state to your arrival. We agree to ensure this happens within 5 business days of your departure. 


* Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management during your stay will be charged against the security bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage, loss of anything contained within the apartment and excess cleaning requirements.

UTILITIES

* Utilities are included in the rental rate, however you must ensure that all lights, air-conditioners and heaters are turned off when you are not in the apartment.

LIABILITY 


* StyleStays/Pauline Locker shall not be liable for the loss of or damage to monies, valuables or personal effects belonging to occupants or guests during their stay. Personal safety is the responsibility of the occupant. StyleStays shall not be held responsible for any accident or injury sustained by occupants or guests during their stay.

* PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY.  Please do not place hot items on the wooden dining table
