The property consists of three unique courtyards . The front garden courtyard is very private with outdoor setting and water feature,which makes it perfect for entertaining.The smaller easterly courtyard leads off the dining room,this also is very private and suitable for an intimate breakfast for two.

The property comprises of a light filled open plan living area with furnishings and bedding of a high quality throughout. With DUCTED  R/C AIR/CON,and ceiling fans in all bedrooms,LCD TV,DVD you can be assured of a very comfortable stay.
The bath room has the convience of a full length bath for those who wish to relax after a long day.

General Guidelines:

1.  Check In no earlier that 2pm on the day of arrival and to vacate by 10am on the day of departure.

2.  No Smoking inside the property

3.  Not to cause any disturbances to the others

3.  Management may cancel the booking within 3 weeks of the arrival date, due to unforeseen circumstances.

DEPOSIT:

The Settlement of the balance of your account must be paid 30 days before your arrival date.(If applicable)

Please Note:  We allow 7 Days for you for your confirmation (Paid Deposit) before accepting an alternate booking.

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be made in writing (email)  Cancellations that are made 30 days or more prior to the commencement of your stay will incur a loss equivalent to the bank fee  if applicable . Should a cancellation be made between 29 and 15 days prior to your arrival the initial deposit will be forfeited.  However, if the cancellation occurs within 14 days of your reservation date, the total accommodation cost will apply.

We will endeavor to fill the booking and if successful will refund the charge to you.

As is common practice when traveling, we strongly advise guests to have Travel Insurance cover to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.

A receipt will be emailed once your booking has been confirmed and processed.

Many thanks to Gerry & Robyn for our stay at their property. Gerry warmly welcomed us on our arrival - late on Good Friday - and the personal touch (such as fridge stocked with milk for tea) was much appreciated after a long flight. The house was perfect for us, air-conditioned, fans, tastefully outfitted with all the necessities such as washing machine/drier, kitchen etc. necessary for an extended stay. Only a short walk to Rockeby Road, the many attractions and transport - we rarely needed our hire car. We were very grateful for Gerry accommodating us as we toured WA. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone and would look forward to staying again on our next trip!5/5 by ,
We have lived in Perth, so knew Subiaco but not well until now. The property is well-located for Subiaco, Kings Park, Perth city and hospitals, all either a short walk or drive away, as is the freeway.The property itself is comfortable and quiet, really nicely furnished and has many extra touches! I recommend it to anyone looking for convenience and comfort as well as locality.Our first Stayz experience, but porbably not our last.5/5 by ,
This accommodation is exceptional. We stayed with our two children and felt totally safe,comfortable,relaxed and at home during our stay. The location is sensational, the house set up just beautiful - both stylish and practical.
