1. Check In no earlier that 2pm on the day of arrival and to vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
2. No Smoking inside the property
3. Not to cause any disturbances to the others
3. Management may cancel the booking within 2 weeks of the arrival date, due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Settlement of the balance of your account must be paid 30 days before your arrival date.(If applicable)
Please Note: We allow 24 hours for you to confirm your booking (Paid Deposit) before accepting an alternate booking.
All cancellations must be made in writing (email) Cancellations that are made 30 days or more prior to the commencement of your stay will incur a loss equivalent to the bank fee if applicable . Should a cancellation be made between 29 and 15 days prior to your arrival the initial deposit will be forfeited. However, if the cancellation occurs within 14 days of your reservation date, the total accommodation cost will apply.
We will endeavor to fill the booking and if successful will refund the charge to you.
As is common practice when traveling, we strongly advise guests to have Travel Insurance cover to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.
A receipt will be emailed once your booking has been confirmed and processed.
