Only minutes to the beautiful white sandy beach, which boasts clear water. Also close to local shops, and nearby larger shopping centre's. Nearby is Rockingham one side and Mandurah the other,both boasting plenty of shops and restaurants for all budgets.
The home has 4 good size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Open plan kitchen/dining and large family room. Plus a separate pool room. It also has ducted air conditioning, to cool you down when the weather hots up, and a gas heater for the cool winter nights.

Please consider the neighbours that have to rise at 5am for work, so if you want to make use of the pool after 8pm at night please do so QUIETLY. Thankyou.
Please don’t forget to put the bins out Thursday night for collection Friday morning. Have the opening facing the road approx 0.5mt from the kerb. DO NOT place any extra rubbish on top or to the side of the bin as they will not take ANY rubbish at all.
If you don’t want the Kreepy Krawly (Pool Cleaner) in the pool whilst swimming DO NOT lift it out and lay it on the side of the pool (as this will result in the pump blowing up) just remove the hose from the skimmer box first before removing from the pool.
Then when replacing it back in the pool fill the hose with water before putting back in the skimmer box. (These are all things you will need to know when you get your own pool).
Please Do NOT Turn the pool off in the shed.
This will seriously affect the chlorine levels.
PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE

IF YOU WISH TO AVOID A CLEANING CHARGE, PLEASE ENDEAVOUR TO LEAVE THE HOUSE AS YOU FOUND IT. (OTHERWISE $100 WILL BE CHARGED).

PLEASE RUN THE VACUUM CLEANER OVER THE CARPETS AND TILED AREA PRIOR TO VACATING.

PLEASE WIPE DOWN THE KITCHEN BENCH AND ANY SPILLS IN THE FRIDGE PRIOR TO VACATING.

PLACE DIRTY LINEN AND BATH TOWELS (PROVIDED ON BEDS) IN THE BATH OR IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM PRIOR TO VACATING.

IF YOU WISH TO MAKE USE OF THE BEACH TOWELS PROVIDED IN THE LINEN CUPBOARD PLEASE WASH THEM AND PLACE THEM BACK.
