All guests are asked to complete a registration form upon check-in. As part of this, guests are required to present a valid credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard or Amex), along with government issued photo identification. ID for all pre-paid bookings must correspond with the lead reservation name.
Credit Card Pre-Authorisation:
Credit or debit card details supplied will be used to cover any incidental room charges or accommodation charges. On occasion, it may be necessary to pre-authorise a credit card, which processes a pending transaction on the guest's card. This holds funds but does not withdraw from the account. If a credit card cannot be provided, a cash deposit will be requested. Any extra charges will be deducted from your card or cash deposit at time of departure. Any cash deposit remaining will be refunded during check-out.
The number of guests in a double room is limited to 2 persons. The number of guests in the family room is limited to 4 persons. Assigned rooms may be changed at the sole discretion of the manager and will only occur if the requested room type is not available due to unforeseen circumstances (ie. if a previous guest extends their stay). Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific room requests. We will always allocate the best available room at time of check-in.
Pets are not permitted.
We welcome children of all ages and want them to enjoy their stay, however we must insist that they are supervised at all times outwith guest bedroom areas, to guarantee their own safety and also to ensure that our other guests are not disturbed. Please be courteous and understand that some of our guests are here to relax and enjoy our quiet surroundings.
If cancelled or modified up to 21 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation will be charged. Should you cancel your booking within 14 days prior to your check-in date, or fail to arrive, the total cost of the reservation will be charged in full.
Cancellation fees are at the discretion of the owner and may vary depending on the circumstances. We will always enforce a strict cancellation policy during high season and public holidays. There is no refund for checking out earlier than the number of days confirmed at time of booking.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card (Visa / MasterCard only). We do not accept Maestro, American Express or Diners cards. Card details will guarantee the reservation and full payment will normally be taken on the day of arrival.
