BOND-Your Bond is a refundable deposit. It is paid back to you directly to your bank account approx 2-3 days after you vacate the property. You will need to provide your bank details.
A $500 Bond applies to all bookings and is for the usual, such as damage caused to the building, or any and all property contained inside the home provided for your use or enjoyment including all decorative items, lost keys,etc
Bookings within the next 6 months are charged in full at booking point including the Bond. Bookings greater than 6 months ahead are charged 50% of booking price as deposit and 50% plus bond 1 month before arrival.
CHANGES CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Changes-additional guests may be added to your booking anytime by arrangement with the owner. Extra guest charges apply and your invoice can be amended. All changes must be finalized 7 days before the booking takes place.
Guest Cancellations-All cancellations incur loss of 50% of your booking total excluding the Bond amount.
Host cancellations - The host may no longer hold the booking or cancel the booking if the payments are not made by due dates.
If the host cancels the booking, a full refund will be issued.
