Location and transport
The house and cottage are on the 19 bus route and the bus is outside the door. It is 10 minutes to the city bus port.
It is also on the same run as the North Perth Plaza (shopping centre) in Fitzgerald Street, for post office and grocery shopping, and the cafe strip and pub in Fitzgerald and Angove Streets. For those with a car, the Flinders Square/Dog Swamp shopping centres with supermarkets, liquor store, baker, pharmacy, video/DVD hire, takeaway restaurants etc, are closer. Again, with a car, tenants can access the delights of the Beaufort Street strip.
You are close to Yokine reserve, where joggers and sportspeople enjoy the facilities. You can take a walk around the circuit or have a barbecue there, if you like. Or take a picnic to the river at Mt Lawley.
There is a huge swimming pool and gym complex nearby, a golf course and tennis courts.
