Your closest train station is called Meltham, on the Midland to Fremantle line. Less than 900 metres walk. 5 stops to Perth CBD, about 10 minutes’ travel. Head North on Belgrave street and turn right at Whatley Crescent to get to the Meltham station

The Perth City bound bus stop is less than 100 metres from the complex on Guildford Road. Walk in a Westerley direction to get to Stop number 1163. Catch the bus number 48 for a ride of approximately 15 minutes to Perth CBD.

Locally, supermarkets, specialty shops and services are within walking distance.

Closest supermarket is Coles on Guildford Road <500 metres walk in a westerly direction

Closest bank - Commonwealth Bank - Eighth Avenue Maylands - 1km walk or 6minutes on the number 55 bus. Also west of your location.

In Eighth Avenue you will also find the post office and doctors' surgery, chemist, specialty shops and a vibrant café culture.

Closest enclosed shopping Centre and movie house - Morley Galleria - 4.8km distance from the complex. Take bus number 48 in an easterly direction on Guildford Road.

Perth International Airport - 11.6km or 12 minutes driving.

Whatley Crescent Café’s

There are a number of cafes and restaurants on Whatley Crescent, about 2km from your location. Walk North on Belgrave street and turn left (west), past Caledonian Avenue lights, opposite the Maylands train station.

No smoking inside the space, on common area stairs or balconies.

Please turn off lights, appliances and airconditioning when leaving the flat for any length of time more than one hour.

Please respect your neighbours and keep any noise to within the confines of the flat.


Upon final departure:

  1. Wash, dry and put away your dishes.
  2. Please ensure appliances are clean upon departure: stove, fridge, microwave etc.
  3. Place used linen and towels in laundry basket.
  4. Empty internal rubbish bins and place rubbish in appropriate complex bin.
  5. Switch of fans and lights.
  6. Turn of TVs and appliances.
  7. Secure doors and windows, place keys on the kitchen bench and pull the door to a locked position as you exit.

Terms & conditions

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. For long stay bookings rental is payable fortnightly in advance.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.

Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being relet then a $150 cancellation fee will apply.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.  Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.


Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left as taken on arrival. Cleaning costs will be on-charged.

Check-out time is 10.00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.

Any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc. will be borne by the client.

Linen is supplied by the owner in a clean and stain-free condition. Sufficient spare linen is provided for self catering change-overs during long stays. Where normal laundering does not remove staining from lack of care, excess cleaning and/or replacement cost may be on charged.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
