The two queen bedrooms are on the upper floor with a central loft area that has two single beds. The loft is not suitable for young children. The upstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and handbasin, downstairs bathroom contains the laundry, toilet and shower over the bath.
Recently refurbished, with new kitchen, upstairs air-conditioning and wooden floors, this charming home is ideal for two couples with or without children. Pets are considered at this location.
Enjoy time with friends in the pleasant rear garden area - complete with BBQ. Access to secure car parking for two cars controlled by electric gates, is via the rear gate. One parking area is under cover and the other is hard-standing directly to the rear of the townhouse so parking is ok for one car with a trailer or larger vehicles such as 4-wheel drives or people movers.
