The house faces the side street - Stevens Street - a quiet residential location and is oriented with the main windows facing north giving it the warm Fremantle sun in winter but with a protected coolness in the summer.
All bedrooms are upstairs (carpeted stairway) and the balcony off the main bedroom runs the length of the upper storey. This gives pleasant outlooks towards central Fremantle, the Fremantle Harbour and a view of the lovely sunsets as the land slopes away to the city and harbour area beyond. The large master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bathroom is large with a bath, shower and separate toilet. Other bedrooms are a queen and a single bedroom.
Outdoor living is easy and pleasant with a patio looking onto the lawn and garden at the private front area where you will find an outdoor setting and BBQ.
There is undercover parking at the back for one vehicle and hard-standing for another so if you have a large people-mover or four-wheel drive with a roof-rack you will have safe parking.
