Simple but smart and containing everything the most dedicated chef requires, this kitchen is excellently designed. However, it may not be used due to the abundance of local restaurants and bars in the area! The laundry (washing machine, dryer and other utilities) are hidden to the left of the entry.
At the far end of this room is a comfortable sitting area with large glass doors that provide access to a secluded balcony from which there is a lovely view over the older part of Fremantle. A real gem! The balcony with lovely open views to the East and North over the Fremantle CBD, has sliding shutters as well as internal blinds which give total control over the amount of light and privacy required.
On the left are two good size bedrooms with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (large shower, toilet and double vanity) and has its own small balcony with comfortable seating. The second bedroom, with queen bed is spacious and quite long. There is a second bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and handbasin that is convenient to the second bedroom and also for visitor comfort.
At the rear, off Henry Street is remote controlled access to parking for one car undercover.
The entry to the building through the lobby is very secure with only the entry to one other apartment at the third level and a secure code for entry.
