Description

This is a fully furnished modern second story apartment unit located in Applecross, with the Swan River foreshore at your doorstep. There are two bathrooms and four bedrooms configured to sleep up to 7 people, each with a queen bed. It is a spacious and comfortable accommodation with an open plan living area equipped with the necessities of Television and DVD player. There is also an outdoor balcony area, with a BBQ. Cooking equipment, linens and towels are provided. One parking bay is also available on the property.

Location

The area is quiet during the night for you to get a good night’s rest. However there are plenty of options if you’re looking for something to eat or drink. A great choice is the Raffles Hotel just a short walk from the apartment, they have delicious pizza, pasta and a premium drinks selection. 

During the day you can jog along the Swan River or head towards Heathcote Park, a great place is have a picnic with the family where the kids will enjoy a ship themed playground.

Close by there is also an IGA operating 24/7 for you to pick up groceries at your convenience. If you’re looking for some breakfast head towards Applecross Village on Ardross Street, where there are a variety of cafes to choose from, Nic & Kolo is our favourite in the area.

Getting around

Canning Bridge Train Station and Bus Port is just a ten minute walk away, making public transport easily accessible. By car Fremantle and Perth City are about a 15-20 minute drive.

Deposit : 50% of the accommodation charge to be paid at the time of booking
Balance: Final 50% due on arrival

We accept EFT, Credit Card, cheque or cash. Credit cards. Electronic funds transfers will be processed or must be received 21 days prior to check in. All bookings require credit card details to be supplied as a form of bond/surety.

Payment by credit card will incur a surcharge applicable to the card - 2% for MasterCard & Visa, 4% for Amex.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollar.

Cancellation policy:

  • For confirmed bookings cancelled more than 1 month prior to arrival date, payment will be refunded, with a cancellation fee of 25%.
  • For confirmed bookings cancelled less than 1 month prior to arrival date, no refund is payable.
  • No refund applicable for early departures

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was clean and very quiet, and the location is perfect. Having the supermarket nearby is also a bonus. Thanks Mabel for being a great host.
