Identification is required prior to checking in as well as leaving Credit card details for security.
Cabins are to be left in the same condition as they were on arrival. A fee will apply for additional cleaning required to prepare cabin ready for use. In the event of damages, theft or late departures from the cabins any costs incurred from these actions will be charged to the guests Credit Card.
Reservations will be declined an arrival with no refund if guests fail to notify management of additional people intending to stay. Guests will be evicted immediately with no refund if there is more people staying in the cabin than what is stated in the booking sheet.
Cabin Occupancy Configurations: Maximum of 4 adults in each cabin Maximum of 2 adults and 3 children ( 16 y.o and under )in each cabin.
We do not accept pets under any circumstances. We do not accept groups of Schoolies, Bucks and Hens parties.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the cabins.
Payment Policy Please Update A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings. Balance of payment on arrival. Payment can be made using a Visa & MasterCard, Eftpos & Cash.
Cancellation Policy A 25% fee will be charged for cancellations with 30 or more days notice. A 50% fee will be charged with 30 or less days notice. A 100% fee will be charged with less than 7 days notice. A $50 administration fee applies to changes or cancellations for all bookings. Changes to reservations are only permitted 30 days prior to arrival.
