Had a lovely relaxing stay here over Easter. Very quiet and lots of kangaroos around during the morning and evening. Loved the wood heater, it kept us warm and cosy, even though it wasn't too cold. Would definitely recommend it to friends, and we would love to stay here again.4/5 by , Melbourne
Comfortable, relaxed and in a fantastic location. I enjoyed my stay immensely, and so did my dog. Great proximity to the sights and the National Park, with kangaroos out of every window! Would definitely recommend for a laid-back break.4/5 by ,
Apart from some misconfusion in the directions, everything was excellent.Property fenced for medium to large dogs but not possibly small dogs.A dozen kangaroos in front of the house greated us and kept my dog curious as did the rabbits behind the house. Land would be at least 10 acres at a guess.Everything neat and clean for larger groups than me and my dog.4/5 by ,
We have trouble finding really good dog friendly accommodation and bracken lodge was fantastic, with a great amount of space for our dog Bess to roam around in and a very comfortable cabin to stop in for the night. Very private and peaceful, with kangaroos and wildlife all around. Thanks!4/5 by ,
What a great place to stay in an ideal location to explore the Grampians! We just loved the spacious house, the huge surrounding bushlands and the wildlife! Also an ideal place for our dogs, couldn't have been better! We'll be back soon!5/5 by ,

Loved the wood fire (July) and the wood cut up ready to go. Lots of little extras (dvd's, iPod dock, wine glasses, rugs etc) to make a very comfortable longer stay.4/5 by ,

My fiancee and I had a great time whilst staying at bracken lodge. The environment there was breathtaking and tranquil. At Night, it is so quiet that all you can hear is the sound of the wildlife instead of the suburban grind. Plus the cabin itself offers a great opportunity to stoke up the fire for a nice relaxing night in with so much comfort by being in a genuine log cabin. The morning is what I loved. Waking up to see Kangaroos and Emu's outside the front door. The land itself is absolutely massive. 40+ acres of absolute beauty in untouched bushland. And being so close to many amazing sites is a bonus as well. Like Halls gap, Rose Gap and the Grampians national park as well, it really does add to the whole experience. Dealing with the owner was fantastic. She had a very nice manner about her and it was a pleasure to speak to her. I will definitely go back to stay again.5/5 by ,
