BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When booking online through our website full payment will be taken to secure your booking. If the credit card supplied is declined, management reserves the right to cancel the booking.
We accept all major credit cards, EFTPOS and direct bank transfers.
Credit card surcharges
A 1.5% surcharge applies to all major credit cards and a 2.5% surcharge applies to AMEX cards.
Should you cancel your reservation 14 days prior to the arrival, a full refund of your payment/ deposit will be refunded subject to an administration fee of $50.
All bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, will forfeit the full cost of the booking.
All amendments are made subject to availability.
House Rules and Extra Charges
All guests are subject to the “House Rules” and are also subject to any penalties made by management for breaking those rules including eviction (at the manager’s discretion). Eviction will result in the forfeiture of all accommodation charges plus a manager’s call out fee of $75.
Any damage to an apartment or common area made by any member of your party will result in the repair charge being paid for by the booked guest. Cost for such damage will include materials, labour and a charge for manager’s time.
Apartments are not to be left in an excessively dirty condition. All rubbish is to be removed and placed in the waste removal room on each level and all kitchen items are to be cleaned and placed back into cupboards. Rooms left in an excessively dirty condition will have extra cleaning charges applied to their booking charge.
Lost keys and security swipes will be subject to a $100 replacement charge.
If you lock yourself out of your apartment after office hours and require the manager to let you in a charge of $75 will apply.
All prices quoted by ALT Tower are expressed in $AUS
For security purposes we will require proof of identification and a credit card imprint on arrival.
If arriving after hours please call ahead to receive details of our after-hours check in procedure
Guests who fail to arrive will be responsible for the full charge for the accommodation
If arriving after or departing before the confirmed booked dates the guest will be responsible for the original accommodation charge.
