TERMS and CONDITIONS
The house is let for holiday purposes only, for the period stated on the receipt.
The number of occupants must not exceed the number of beds provided. Overloading will render the tenant liable for the cancellation of the booking immediately, and no monies will be refunded.
Any damages, breakages or losses must be reported to us. If we are not informed any costs will be taken out of the bond.
Guests are required to leave the house clean, neat and tidy or an additional cleaning fee will apply. Floors are to be swept, dishes washed (dishwasher unpacked) and all garbage to be placed in the outside bin. The BBQ must be left clean, otherwise a cleaning fee of $25 will be charged. Extra rubbish removal will incur a rubbish removal fee; the cost dependent on the amount of rubbish left.
The key is stored in a keylock next to the front door. The combination is given to you once full payment has been made.
CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT TIMES
The house is available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival, and are to be vacated by 10.00am on the date of departure. Variations to these times must be negotiated before your stay. Late checkout is only available if guests are not arriving on the same day.
Anytime: All cancellations incur loss of deposit
14 days: If cancellation made within 14 days of arrival ~ loss of 100.00% of the total booking price
If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
Pets may be considered at the discretion of the owner. Well behaved pets are allowed inside the house, but are not allowed on the bedding or furniture.. The garden must be well cleaned of any mess or an additional cleaning charge of $25 will apply. There is a $30 fee per pet.
