You have this extensive homestead and grounds all to yourself, giving you the chance to holiday in relaxed style amongst the trees, the birds and the wildlife.
Close to Wilsons Prom and local points of interest it's an ideal central base for your group to further explore South Gippsland. A short drive takes you to Cape Liptrap, the Lighthouse, Walkerville limekilns, Waratah Bay, Sandy Point, Venus Bay, Wilsons Prom and Parks of South Gippsland.
THE HOUSE: Single level, the house is suitable for all ages and occasions, and can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. The living, dining, kitchen area are the hub of the house with a dining table to seat 10+, a large TV/DVD and an efficient wood heater with generous wood supply. A children’s ACTIVITY room packed with toys games, little table, chairs, stools is just off the living room and a fantastic place to park the littlies.
A gallery hall which runs down the southern side of the house connects living and dining ends of the house.The lounge with soft leather couches, TV/DVD and a large fan assisted combustion heater is a wonderful room for settling back with a book, a game, friends and a glass of local pinot. The ‘formal’ dining room seats 12 and is perfect for a memorable celebration meal.
The house is north facing and full of natural light. Large floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding doors throughout all living areas. Winter sun streams in, summer sun stays back at the verandah edge.
A well stocked games cupboard of board games, card games and jigsaws is hard to go past on days when the weather is less inviting.
The outdoor entertaining area with 10 -12 seat table and large umbrellas, if desired, is perfect for alfresco lunches, afternoon drinks and BBQ’s. BBQ has gas supplied.

KITCHEN: The well stocked kitchen has everything we can think of to ensure you don't have to make do. Ample platters, glasses, crockery and cutlery, pots, pans, even sharp Scanpan knives. An older style double freestanding cooker, large fridge/freezer and bar fridge should fit all your goodies over the stay. And you can always help yourself to the herb beds and rosemary hedge, generally full of happy herbs.
ACTIVITIES: We've made every effort to provide lots of things to keep all ages busy.
With wide green lawns you can make the most of the space outdoors.
- The tennis court is great for a fun tournament. It's not championship standard but certainly family fun standard. Then there’s the table tennis table, a trampoline, and a number of other outdoor games and pastimes.
LOCAL AREA: No trip to this part of the world is complete without a side trip to nearby Wilsons Prom, and the chance to spot some wildlife, stroll on Squeaky Beach, swim at Tidal river or hike through the national park's many walks.
