Located in the quiet seaside suburb of Sunderland Bay, this holiday rental is in ideal option for a larger family group looking for a relaxing stay by the beach.
A perfect fusion of character and practicality, the 3-storey main residence sleeps 12 and offers 2 living areas, 2 outdoor decks and backyard, giving families plenty of space to spread out.
The indoor living areas are equipped with comfy lounge suites, TVs and DVD player. There’s also a collection of DVDs, books and board games to keep everyone entertained on lazy or rainy days.
Designed to make the most of the surrounding scenery, there’s a north facing balcony which overlooks the street towards picturesque ocean and horizon views, and an upper deck that offers scenic rural views towards San Remo.
There are two 3rd level loft bedrooms with ceiling fans and private balconies that capture lovely horizon views. Both are adjoined by a bathroom.
The two bottom bedrooms also have ceiling fans – ideal for hot summer nights. Bedroom configurations are as follows:
• Bedroom 1: king bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 2: queen bed and 2 single beds (sleeps 4)
• Bedroom 3: queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 4: 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)
End your day with a relaxing spa bath, a very welcome addition to the downstairs bathroom that also includes a shower and vanity.
The large kitchen is a terrific set-up for those who love to entertain. It boasts 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, large island bench, stove top, French door fridge, microwave, kettle and lots of crockery, etc. Plus, there’s an outdoor BBQ and setting on the mid-level deck, so you can enjoy alfresco dining in the ocean breeze.
There is also a laundry with washing machine to save you a trip to the laundromat.
The 3 split systems will ensure you have a pleasant indoor climate all year round and the 2 driveways offer plenty of off-street parking.
A 3-minute stroll will take you to the local beach where you can have a splash in the water, try your hand at fishing or take in panoramic views of Bass Strait from the clifftops, and there’s a pram-friendly boardwalk that will take you from Sunderland Bay Road to Surfies Point.
Neighbouring surf beaches, Smiths Beach and Surf Beach, are just a quick meander down the esplanade. Phillip Island’s many attractions, beaches, shops and racing circuit are all within easy travelling distance.

In times of stress and worry, it’s important for us to continue to give people the space to relax and connect with one another. COVID-19 is impacting some willingness to travel away from home, but families still desire the privacy and amenities our property provides.
We conduct thorough cleaning and there will be time in between left vacant to protect everyone.

You may need to bring with you some more supplies than usual as local shops may not have extras like toilet paper
LINEN AND TOWELS:
A free linen service will only be supplied to guests staying for MotoGP and Super Bikes events. Otherwise bed linen is supplied for the king bed only.
For standard bookings, guests are required to bring:
• top and bottom bed sheets
• bath towels
This house does supply doonas with covers, pillows with cases, hand towels, foot towels and tea towels.
A linen service can be supplied for an extra charge – we require minimum 3 days’ notice if you wish to use this service.
• We do NOT accept schoolies groups. Guests under age 25 must be with a parent or guardian who are also staying at the property with them for the duration of their stay.
• Parties, events and gatherings of visitors other than the number booked are strictly prohibited.
