Expansive views out across the ocean, see Wye Point from the wide deck, chase the sun all year round from this comfortable cottage surrounded by gums and unspoilt surrounds. With gorgeous parrots and kookaburras visiting daily, sometimes a night owl perches on the wire or a Koala comes for the new gum leaves! This holiday home is a beach classic delightfully updated with soft furnishings for comfort. Comprises kitchen with gas cooking, microwave oven, double sink, new fridge / freezer, lounge with open fire place, Foxtel Pay TV (large screen), lounge view adjacent to dining area with new A/C/HTG & views of the rear deck and beyond to the Otway forest. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk with double bed on the bottom / single on top with a view to the mountains. All beds are new with new mattresses, doonas and pillows and the master bedroom has an electric blanket. A small bathroom with shower over bath and a separate toilet, washing machine (no trough), iron & ironing board. Please note that sheets / linen are to be supplied by guests and the property uses water tank and septic tank facilities. Beautiful Separation Creek is just 7-8k out of Lorne and is adjacent to Wye River with various recreational facilities, fantastic patrolled surf beach, the Wye Hotel and Wye General Store. Enjoy day trips along the Great Ocean Road or into Otway National Park or simply relax and enjoy the Separation Creek beach and keep an eye out for often visiting Whales !

Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss of own property are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a state or condition as close to as on arrival.
Check-out time is (10.30am) by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
 

~~Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Deposit of 20% non refundable is required to secure the booking.

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 5 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Bond is payable via supply of a credit card number at the same time as the balance amount is paid. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.

Lovely, comfortable setting in which to relax. Watching the birds was fascinating and included kookaburras, wrens, king parrots, rosellas and sulphur crested cockatoos. Close to Lorne and Apollo Bay so no shortage of places to find a meal if you don't feel like using the cooking facilities in the well equipped kitchen.4/5 by , Melbourne
Otway Blue is a great property which has a great location in between Lorne and Apollo Bay. The views from the master bedroom and balcony are amazing! The house itself was pretty clean and was very cosy. My partner and I loved our stay and have recommended to family and friends. Would definitely stay here again.5/5 by ,
