Indulge yourself in the exclusive use of this two level designer home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Entertaining is easy with a feature timber dining table and bi-fold doors opening out on the north facing deck and BBQ, perfect for sunset drinks.

When it's time to retire, the master bedroom suite is a beautiful relaxing haven with sumptuous private ensuite. There is another bedroom upstairs. Downstairs consists of cosy second living space with two further bedrooms with built in robes and shared bathroom. All areas enjoy ducted heating and air conditioning.

All this, located just a short distance from downtown Sale, but you will feel a world away on almost 2 private acres of beautiful gardens and native gums that lead down to Flooding Creek and the property's own private jetty.

All bookings - To confirm reservations, valid credit card details are required and a deposit of the full amount will be taken at time of reservation.

Please note that although rooms are paid in full at the commencement of your stay, Mansi on Raymond will also hold a security deposit of $300 for any Town House from the credit card used at the time of booking; this security deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days of checking out pending the condition the townhouse is left in. Payment via credit or debit card will incur a surcharge of up to 1.80%.

Discounted rates may change if guests depart earlier than the date specified on the booking form. Once guests stay has commenced they become financially liable for the entire booking.

NO PARTIES POLICY - Mansi on Raymond have a strict no parties' policy.

The number of guests gathered in the townhouses overnight (i.e. after 11pm) must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the townhouse.

Any persons exceeding this number will be considered as trespassers and asked to vacate the premises.

Noise: Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. If any noise complaints are received from the neighbouring residents you may be asked to leave the premises immediately. Your payment for the accommodation will not be refunded.

Loss or damage of property: The registered guest will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to property caused during his/her stay. In the case of a townhouse needing excessive cleaning, the registered guest will also be financially responsible. This will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cleaning: The townhouse will be cleaned prior to your arrival and twice a week during your stay if you are staying for longer than four nights. Your linen will be changed twice a week. Any requests for additional cleaning will incur extra charges. Please note there are no cleaning services on weekends.

Smoking: All townhouses are non-smoking. Smoking in; or in a doorway of a townhouse will incur a $300 fee.

Keys: If you lose your room keys you will be charged a $150 replacement cost.

All breakages, damages, lost, or missing items must be paid for, with the charge made against your credit card to cover replacement or repair costs.

By accepting your reservation you agree to accept the Mansi on Raymond Terms and Conditions.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date forfeit 1 nights' accommodation.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit full payment.
Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on the confirmation booking sheet.

An absolutely beautiful home with spectacular gardens. The home was full of quality features and comfy beds. It was sparkling clean, the kitchen had everything you would need and it was very spacious. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful weekend away.
