Tucked down a short street off Stewart Street this 5 star stylish quality warehouse conversion apartment is a welcome surprise behind the black entrance door. 

Architect designed and built this amazing apartment features great use of natural recycled timbers- striking curved timber wall draws you up to the upper level, extensive use of glass, iron and extensive feature lighting .

Unfolding over 4 levels this designer apartment can comfortably sleep up to 9 people ( 8 Adults plus an infant) in 4 bedrooms as follows:

- one master king bedroom with marble walled ensuite - large shower plus bath,

-one queen bedroom with own patio,

-one king single bedroom,

and one queen and king single bedroom.

All bedrooms have quality bedding and linen, white fluffy towels are provided. 

Also there is a seperate bathroom ( shower and toilet ) and powder room ( toilet). 

- in total- 1 bath, 2 showers and 3 toilets

There is also 2 seperate living areas ,with the top floor area with amazing views , LCD TV- DVD and full commercial style stainless steel kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, large ss fridge opening onto one of 2 outdoor patio areas Outdoor table and chairs are provided. At a push of a button a large awning can be activated providing shade on any sunny or hot day.

The second living area feature Plasma TV , DVD and leather couch to relax in.

Ideal for large families or 2-3 couples travelling together who want seperate living/bedroom zones.

Danish 60's type furniture is featured throughout the top living area and original artworks are featured on the walls.

Please note apartment is NOT suitable for children 1-5 years old and the elderly due to stairs between the four levels.

We also have a strict no party policy.

Treat our apartment as you would your house! We expect the apartment to be left as found- neat and tidy with all rubbish placed in bins in garage. 

if you are asked or staying on a Sunday night then the bins need to be put out on the Street for early Monday pick up by the garbage truck. Kitchen to be left as found - neat and tidy with all pots/pans, dishes, glasses clean dry and put away . Unfortunately this is a pet free apartment (although we love dogs, we just don't allow them in the apartment). It is also smoke free, however, you are welcome to use the balcony for this as long as you clean up afterwards.

Also please respect our neighbours - strict no party policy and keep noise to a minimum 10pm-7am weekdays and 11pm-9am weekends



Payment terms

1. By paying your deposit you accept these terms and conditions and take responsibility for ensuring all guests abide by these terms.

2. Seven consecutive nights in the property will be charged as one week, thus the discount will apply.

3. Payment will be made by direct debit into our bank account as indicated.

4. A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to confirm you’re booking if you book more than 3 weeks prior to your arrival. If you book less than 3 weeks prior to your arrival, the total fee (i.e. 100%) must be paid to confirm your booking.

5. The balance of payment must be paid by direct debit, 20 days prior to your arrival.

6. If you cancel or reschedule you’re booking less than  8 weeks prior to the scheduled commencement of your stay, your deposit is not refundable if, after making all reasonable efforts to do so, we are unable to obtain an alternative booking of equal value. A minimum $100 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations or rescheduled bookings. If the booking has been made via a 3rd party booking agent, additional cancellation fees may apply to cover any commissions paid. We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance to cover you in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation.

7. Once full payment is made, no refunds will be given.

8. Security for payments required under these terms and conditions must be provided by copy of your driver’s licence or passport with current address shown.

9. Invoices are issued, and payment must be made, in Australian dollars.

10. By making payment of the total fee, you have an exclusive licence to occupy the property for the days specified when you book (but not possession).

House Rules

11. The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number agreed to in the booking details. In the event that any additional persons stay at the property,  we reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund.  The apartment is only suited to a group of people whereby the oldest person must be over the age of 23 , thus we regret we cannot offer the property to rent  unless the oldest person is over the age of 23.

12. No pets are allowed to enter the property or stay at the property; otherwise we reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund. In that case we will not be responsible for finding or funding alternative accommodation. 

13 This property is non-smoking indoors. We reserve the right to terminate a guest's stay without refund if we become aware of guests or friends of guests smoking indoors. There may also be additional cleaning fees to remove any smoke fumes from the property.

14. You will agree to any other reasonable house rules which may be made available to you at the property.

15. For this property, the noise level must be inaudible from neighbouring   properties between 10pm and 8am Sun-Thu, and between 11pm and 9am Fri-Sat. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS A PARTY ALLOWED   whereby there is excessive noise or greater numbers of persons other than indicated would be staying at the apartment , are using  the apartment. PLEASE NOTE A $2500 FINE WILL BE IMPOSED IF A PARTY HAS TAKEN PLACE IN THE APARTMENT

16. All guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not cause distress to neighbours or interfere in any way with their right to enjoy their properties. We reserve the right to remove guests who do not adhere to this code of behaviour. In these cases, no refund will be due, and we will not be responsible for finding or funding alternate accommodation, nor will we be responsible for any other associated costs.

17. Guests may not engage in any illegal activity at the property.

18. Check In and Check Out procedures have been detailed in our email forwarded to you following payment of deposit.

Breakages, Losses and Guest Charges

19. You are responsible for leaving the property in the state in which you found it on arrival. All breakages or losses must be reported immediately to us. Whilst we will not pursue reimbursement for minor accidental damage or normal wear and tear, the total cost of making good any other damage or loss to the property, or contents will be charged to you and you will be pursued through debt collection agencies and the court of law if payment is not made for any damage or loss to the property. Please note this includes the removal of consumable items from the property which are provided for guest use whilst in-house and are not intended as individual use presentations (examples include laundry powder, dishwashing liquid, toiletries provided in dispensers etc../



Breakages, Losses and Guest Charges  continued


20. It is our policy to have all locks changed if keys are lost or not returned. All associated costs will be charged to you if this occurs. Similarly any remote controls will be replaced at your cost if lost or not returned.

21. Standard cleaning services on your departure are included in your rates.  Rubbish is to be placed in the bins provided in the garage. Properties may also include interim cleaning services for stays of longer than a week. This will be detailed in your pre arrival information. Guests are expected to leave the properties in a neat and tidy state without the need for extensive, excessive cleaning. You are responsible for all cleaning charges in the event that the property is left in a state that requires more than standard cleaning. This will be charged to you.

22. Reasonable usage of electricity, gas any other utilities provided at the property is included in your rates. Excessive use (more than a 30% increase compared to similar periods) of any of these utilities may be charged to you.. If charges are passed onto the Guest, evidence of charges will be provided on request.

23. Properties which provide local telephone calls included in the rate, do so for up to 10 calls per day. Costs for additional calls may be passed onto guests.

24. We the owners of the property are NOT liable for loss to you or your guests of any personal belongings while you are in the property. Guest items found by our cleaning staff are kept by us for 6 weeks before discarding. It is the guests responsibility to follow up any items that may have been left behind at the property. We request that guests send a reply paid envelope to us in order for us to return the items.


25. You should not wait until you return home before complaining about any matter as no inspection can be carried out when others are occupying the property. We welcome hearing from you in relation to any complaints or concerns and prefer that you phoned us immediately so that matters can be resolved quickly.

26. The place of law is Victoria and the courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction.


27. Your occupation of the property may be terminated by us without notice in the event that you breach any material term or condition or in the event that any amount due is not paid.


28. We as owner of the property can NOT be held responsible for failure or interruption to power or services to the property for reasons beyond our control.

29. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we as the owner disclaim all warranties in relation to the provision of services and the use of the property, and otherwise our liability is limited at our option to the supply of the relevant services again or the payment of the cost of having services supplied again.

30. We the owners are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential damage or loss of profits which result from use of the property and services provided to you.

31. We as the owner reserve the right to relocate a booking to an alternative property of similar standard and location at any time. In this instance, guests will be offered either a full refund OR asked to confirm their stay at the alternative property.
