Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. In booking with Mountain Rivers Tourist Park you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.
Mountain Rivers promotes a safe accommodation for families. Drunk and abusive behavior, Strong language will not be tolerated. Pets are not allowed unless authorized by management
Please observe you are not the only ones on site keep noise to a minimum at night.
All accommodation is a Smoke Free area. If you wish to smoke please do so away from all buildings and campground areas. Candles and Incense is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Failure to comply will result in room and cleaning charges.
Check in is at 2pm and Check out is by 10am unless organised with management. Charges may apply.
Booking Confirmation, Deposits and Payments
Mountain Rivers accepts payments in the form of Cash, Eftpos, and Visa and Mastercard Credit-cards.
A deposit of your first night stay will be taken at the time of booking to secure your booking. Full Payment must be made in full on arrival.
Bookings in the campgrounds require full payment at time of booking.
For Group Bookings, a 50% Deposit is required one month before your arrival date. Credit card details need to be provided for Security. Full must be made at time of arrival.
If you need to cancel your booking its best to inform us as soon as possible. If another booking for the same room and value replaces your cancelled booking, Cancellation charges may not apply, otherwise these penalties will be charged;
If you cancel your booking within 48 hours before your Arrival Date, you will be charged the full amount of your booking which includes your Booking Deposit. If you cancel within seven days of your Arrival Date, you will be charged 50% of your booking which includes your deposit charge. If your booking is for one night only, your Booking Deposit will not be refunded.
All Group bookings will be charged 50% if cancelled within 15 days of your booking and 100% within 7 Days of your Booking. If your booking is for one night only, your Booking Deposit will not be refunded.
All cancelled bookings for school holidays and long weekends (including Easter and Christmas), will be charged 50% which includes your booking deposit regardless of notice given and 100% within seven days of your Arrival Date. If your booking is for one night only, your Booking Deposit will not be refunded.
If you need to cancel your booking, inform us as soon as you can. You may be given the option of postponing your booking.This requires choosing a new date at time of cancellation. Cancellation Charges including Booking Deposit will be held for the new booking dates. If your second booking is cancelled full payment will be required.
Cleanliness of rooms
We try and provide a high quality room for affordable prices. To keep these prices low we expect you to leave your accommodation as clean as possible. No this doesn’t mean we want you to get out the mops and buckets! But if you can follow these steps we will appreciate it.
Please empty rubbish bins into the Wheelie Bins and Recycle Bins provided,
Please Wash and Put Away all dishes,
Please Sweep the floors before you check out,
All Windows need to be closed and all Doors need to be locked when you leave your accommodation,
Keys must be delivered to the office or “key return box” and not left in the rooms.
Our linen is mainly white and mud is red, please keep your shoes and feet clean in the rooms and on the linen to avoid replacement charges.
It has happened twice in 12 months… Damage from freshly dyed hair. Do not dye your hair here. Charges Will Apply.
A Cleaning charge may apply if the accommodation is left in an unsatisfactory state of cleanliness.
Failure to comply with these rules may require Excessive Cleaning Charges that may include cleaning of Carpets and Curtains and Labour.
Any damages to accommodation property will be charged to the Credit Card supplied as security for the booking.
Charges will incur a 10% administration fee per month that remain unpaid from the departure date.
