- A fold out bed: $75
- A porta cot and high chair: no charge but you must supply your own linen for the porta cot.
- Pool towels: $5 per towel.
Bathroom 1 – Shower and Toilet.
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog. Dogs are welcome upon application and must fit the following criteria: 1 small dog only under 25kg, no cat's allowed sorry. Dogs on the dangerous breed list are not allowed. Your pet must have the proper vaccinations and registrations. As there is no grassed area for this apartment guests will need to bring their own dogs' bedding and be responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times. Pets are not to be left alone in the apartment as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. A $40 fee applies.
Located only 5 km from the CBD it is a quick 20 mins by bus or tram to the City.
By tram: Number 109 (to Port Melbourne) from Collins Street (about 20 minutes).
By bus: Number 238 from the corner of Collins and Market streets to Bay Street to (about 25 minutes).
