- All cancellations must be in writing.
- Cancellation 72 hours prior to the arrival date or less will result in the being transferrable to a date within 6months of the cancellation, the deposit is not refundable
- Cancellations 24 hours prior to the arrival date or less is non-transferable and non-refundable. The credit card provided at the time of the booking will be charged at the full night rate.
All requests for refunds are done on a case by case basis. In extreme circumstances, refunds will be issued. This is at the discretion of the Accommodation Manager.
Guests are advised that due to the nature of our business, our Hotel suites can be affected by bar and function noise. We are a very busy hotel and our licence runs until 12am. On any given night, the noise emanating from our business can affect our rooms and the guest staying in them. Guests will be required to sign a guest registration form upon check in which, along with our standard policies.
- Strictly no smoking inside ANY apartment or hotel room. A $250 fee will apply for non-compliance
- Room cards not returned at the time of check out will incur a $10 fee
- Strictly no pets allowed on premises
- The room must be left in a clean and orderly fashion.
Guests are expected to behave in a manner which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests and staff within the property. Management will consider the following behaviour to be a breach of the house rules.
Noisy, offensive and/or unruly behaviour
Damage to or destruction of property
Improper or unseemly conduct
Any act or omission that in the opinion of the Manager adversely affects or brings discredit upon the Manager, Staff, Owner or other Guests.
The maximum number of persons permitted to be staying in the premises will be designated on your booking form. Guests must not hold private functions on the premises where the number of people on the premises exceeds the number of persons permitted on the booking form. The Hotel has a strict no party policy in any of the Hotel rooms or apartments. Management reserves the right to ask any occupant to leave, should they be in breach of the Hotel’s rules and policies.
Loss or Damage
Quality Suites Seasons 5, or any of its employees shall not be liable for the loss of or damage to any guests valuables while staying at the property. Accordingly, occupants are requested to take whatever security measures they believe are necessary to protect and secure their valuables and personal possessions Guests will be held responsible for all loss or damage caused to the Hotel as a result of a breach of the house rules. Our rooms are checked daily any missing or damaged goods, will be charged to the credit card provided at 5 times the replacement value.
Lost Items Should an item be left in a room, Quality Suites Seasons 5 will contact you within 24hrs, and it will be up to the occupant of the room, to make postal or other arrangements for the return of the item.
Vehicles Apartment guests have specified parking allocation – we ask that you do not use car spaces not allocated to your apartment. Hotel guests are invited to utilise the parking areas located at the front of the property. Please do not leave vehicles in driveways or special designated areas.
Speed Limit Guests must drive responsibly around the Hotel on designated roads at safe speeds. The speed limit is 5 km/hour.
Pool Hours Pool hours of use are strictly between Reception hours. Please keep the noise levels to a minimum to ensure maximum comfort for all guests. Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Glass and alcohol is prohibited in the pool area.
Guests will be required to fill in a registration form on check in. We require a valid credit card to be nominated on arrival and this will be used to cover any breakages, room charges or any damages, should they occur during your stay.
There must be a parent or guardian with underage children at all times. Underage children are not permitted anywhere within the Hotel grounds without a parent or guardian. This applies to Events and Functions held on the premises.
Should a booking be made, direct with the hotel or online and the above conditions are not met, your booking will be terminated immediately and you will be removed from the premises. No refunds will be issued.
