One Master bedroom with built in robes and a King size bed & one double room also with 2 Single King size bed with trundle build-in wardrobe. Both beds/rooms sleep 2 people. The beds are beautifully dressed with high quality bedding and very comfortable mattresses. Quality bed linen and towels are supplied to our guests for the duration of their stay.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of 5 people with a 3 night minimum stay.

The light bathroom has marble bench tops and is equipped with a hair-dryer.

The open lounge has a comfortable 3 seaters sofa and armchair. A flat screen TV and unlimited Wireless internet services are provided.

A glass dining table and 4 chairs also grace this open space.

The open kitchen with High quality black marble bench tops is equipped with BOSCH dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, BOSCH oven, kettle & toaster. All glass, plates, crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils supplied.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
 

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 28 days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner / manager has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let it.
 

Cancellation, if caused by the client, all cancellations incur loss of deposit.  If cancellation is made within 28 days of arrival, there is loss of 100% of the total booking price.
 

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property, but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
 

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Booking Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing.  Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owner / manager in advance.
 

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs, etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
 

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant's responsibility during their stay. 
 

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests.
 

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and additional payments.
 

Photo identification and credit card details are accepted on arrival as security.  Alternatively, a bond of $200 cash can be paid on arrival.  The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure, subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage, theft, excessive noise, extra guests beyond those declared, loss of keys or electronic devices, or excess cleaning requirements.
 

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
 

Loss - the owner / manager takes no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
 

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner / manager in writing.
