Absolutely brilliant! We could not have found a better place for us and our 2 spoilt border collies to stay. We were all spoilt rotten by our hosts Susan and George. The Breakfasts provided were abundant! The cottage was wonderful with plenty of heating available for each room. Susan and George tend to everything and no one should have any reason to complain. We would not hesitate in recommending Langwarrin Bed & Breakfast to our family and friends....indeed we already have done so! 5/5 by , Kingaroy Qld Richard and Jane were very appreciative guests who left our B&B in spotless condition. It was our pleasure to meet two very nice people and their adored pets. The note they left to us was very sweet. Thank you from George and Sue [manager response]
Spent a week here, July 2016. Quaint country cottage. Plenty of fire wood which was needed. The cottage is cold so needed the heat pump and fire on when there. No nearby public transport services means walking lots or taxis which cost around $25 to Frankston. George & Susan, owners, were friendly & obliging and offered to take us to the shops. Taking into account the cost, basic amenities and proximity to restaurants and shops I recommend the property. Bring warm clothes and a good book or two. 3/5 by , Tauranga, New Zealand
The accommodation was in a great location for us - close to friends in the area as well as the major roads and amenities. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet and had we had more daylight hours during our stay, we would have spent more time exploring the property. Overall, our expectations were met. Only thing to improve on would be a better showerhead in the bathroom (might just be our preference though!). We will definitely stay here again when visiting friends in the area.4/5 by , Hobart, Tasmania
