Property cancellation policy
Full payment of your accommodation is to be paid upon booking.
In the event of your plans being changed, more than 60 days notice will receive a full credit, less a service charge of $50.
If less than 60 days notice of cancellation is received your full deposit is forfeited unless the apartment can be rebooked, in this instance a partial refund will be available.
PROMOTIONAL/SPECIAL DEALS No Cancellations or Refunds, Dates can be changed within validity period subject to availability. Guests will not receive any refund or credit for any cancellations made after check-in.
Terms and Conditions
Apartments on Church is located within The Lakes Apartments complex at 35 Church Street. As this is a privately owned and managed business, guests are only to report to the reception if there is an issue with the common grounds, pool, spa etc. You will have contact numbers on your welcome letters should any problems arise during your stay.
Payment Policy - Full payment of the accommodation is required when booking. We accept the following credit cards - Mastercard, Visa
Dynamic Pricing - Prices/ quotations are subject to change without notice and will not be guaranteed until payment has been processed and you have received formal confirmation of your booking from us via email, SMS or letter. A dynamic pricing structure is in operation, tariffs change regularly according to occupancy. If a lower tariff is listed than previously booked we unfortunately cannot amend the tariffs charged after a booking confirmation has been issued.
Car Parking - All apartments have either a single or double lock garages controlled by remote control. The two bedroom apartment can house one car and the three bedroom apartments can house two cars. If you have more cars, there is visitor parking available in the complex.
Damages - Your credit card details will be held as your bond. If you can not supply a credit card then, unfortunately, we can not accept your booking.Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your party will be deducted from your credit card and that you will also be liable for any excess damages, apartment left in bad conditions, bad behaviour, etc.
Cleaning - The apartment will be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client. When leaving, the client is obligated to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. There are garbage bins located around the property for you to dispose of your waste and dishes must be either washed, dried and put away or placed in the dishwasher and ran through a cycle. Failure to comply with these rules will result in an extra cleaning fee. If our housekeeping staff think that the apartment has not been left at a reasonable standard, a cleaning fee will be placed on your credit card on file if you are unable to return and clean to a satisfactory standard.
Eviction of guests - Apartments on Church may evict a guest or visitor without warning, should conditions warrant;
- -Intoxication and unsavoury behaviour
- - when the number of persons in the apartment exceeds the number of sleeping positions
- -Physical or verbal assault towards staff, residents or other guests
- -Wilful damage to Apartments on Church property
- -Any incident for which the police need to be called onto the premises
- -Any behaviour posing a safety threat to others
- -Ignoring advice to reduce excessive noise (music or other noise)
- -Smoking ($200 cleaning and deodorizing fine also applies)
- -Any person/s found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their apartment or exceeding the number of permitted guests (listed above), will be evicted without refund.
