This Inverloch free standing unit offers two bedrooms. The main bedroom includes a queen bed and the other features two singles. Linen and towels are provided. Also provided is washing powder, washing detergent, toilet rolls, condiments, tea, coffee etc to get you started.
Amenities include air conditioning, a microwave, fully equipped kitchen (full sized fridge and stove), timber floating floors, a laundry with washing machine and dryer, digital TV and DVD player. The Inverloch unit has a combined living/dining area and in ADDITION a lovely sunroom. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Please take advantage of the small grassed back garden and BBQ area (with gas BBQ). The holiday home is very private and quiet, at the end of the driveway away from the road but close to shops and the beach.
We purchased this unit because it met various criteria. Not too far from Melbourne so a weekend escape was possible, it was quiet (at the end of the driveway), it was a small block of units most of which have owners living in them or like us, are used by the owners as the holiday home. Because the unit is our holiday home it is set up so we can leave home and turn up. As we don't want to feel as though we are camping, It is furnished as though we live there. We both cook (my husband likes it, I don't!) so the kitchen had to be fully equipped. We both also like reading so the 'sun room' is ideal at all times of the year but particularly on those sunny wintry days.
