We accept cash and all major credit cards. Payments using American Express or Diners Card will incur a 4% processing charge due to the high merchant charges imposed by those companies. Payments using Trade Exchanges such as BBX and Empire Trade must be discussed direct with motel management.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The credit card details are held as security on the reservation and no charges will be made when you make your booking.
A security deposit of $100 cash or credit card authorisation is required for all rooms upon check in to cover incidentals that may be incurred during the stay. Please note that the pre-authorisation taken on your credit card is held by your financial institution and may take up to five (5) working days to be released, after your departure.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations or changes. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the 2.00pm (14:00) check in time forfeit the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night.
A minimum of 7 days notice is required by this property for cancellations or changes on Group bookings. Cancellations or changes made within 7 days of the 2.00pm (14:00) check in time forfeit the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night.
