2 Night Minimum Stay
Reservation inquiries are not sufficient to hold a property. In order to confirm a property booking, a holding deposit and booking fee (Aura Travel) must be paid.
Confirmed bookings are held for 24 hours from the confirmation of reservation from the Property Manager. A holding deposit must be paid within the 24 hour period, in addition to a booking transaction fee payable directly to Aura Travel at the time the reservation is confirmed. The holding deposit is 50% of the quoted price for a confirm reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
Guest Refund & Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing's local check in time (or 2:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time.
If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded. The Aura Travel booking service fee is payable up-front in order to complete the booking and hold the property reservation. This payment is only charged if the property manager confirms & accepts the booking. Please note that the booking service fee payment is not refundable.
A $500 security deposit is required. Security deposits are 100% fully refundable less any incidents for loss, damage, theft, breakage within 5 business days.
Within two days of guest arrival, the Property Manager will make contact to confirm arrival time and make arrangement to provide keys.
Check - In:
Check in is at 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Check - Out:
Check out is at 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Upon departure, guests are expected to leave the property neat and presentable. Any excess trash and disorderly presentation of the property will attract an additional fee to be deducted from the Security Deposit.
