Our self catering apartments offer quality contemporary large two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living and dining rooms, floor to ceiling double glazed windows, with bay or harbor views. Docklands Executive Apartments are centrally located which makes it easy to get to by car, train, tram, or ferry. Each Docklands Executive Apartment comfortably sleeps 4 (up to 5 upon request) with open plan spacious living and dining areas, fully equipped modern kitchens, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry facilities.

All apartments are fully air-conditioned by reverse cycle air-conditioning and have their own private balcony with spectacular panoramic views of Melbourne such as the Melbourne city skyline, Yarra’s Edge, Docklands Park and Victoria Harbour. Each apartment also features floor to ceiling double glazed windows.

Docklands Executive Apartments are non smoking (smoking is only permitted on the balcony). All linen including towels are provided.

Check In Instructions

Docklands Executive Apartments do not have a reception desk they provide a 24 hour personal on-site host who will meet you on arrival. Your host will personally escort you to your apartment and ensure you are comfortable. They are available 24 hours a day and will attend immediately to any of your concerns.

When you arrive in Melbourne it is essential that you contact them (text is best) and confirm your arrival time. The on site Manager will be waiting for you at the apartment complex with the keys to your apartment. If you are arriving early they can look after your bags while the apartment is being cleaned.

The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the enquiry A valid credit card (not debit card) & photo ID is required at checkin The authorised signatory for the credit card must be a registered guest & be present at check-in. A security deposit is required by credit card in the guests name

Guests who are unable to meet the checkin requirements will not be granted access to our apartments DEA has a strict zero tolerance no noise policy unauthorised parties group gatherings & functions are strictly prohibited.

All rooms are NON SMOKING Our apartments are self contained & serviced weekly for stays of 7 days & longer additional servicing is available on request an additional charge will be incurred.

Docklands Executive Apartments is not a hotel. We provide private residences for our guests in a home style environment. Therefore we have certain restrictions when it comes to the number of guests that are permitted to stay in our apartments. The total number of guests is four. We have a responsibility under Occupational Health and Safety laws in Australia regarding the number of guests we can accommodate and that number is not negotiable.

We have a very strict ZERO TOLERANCE, NO NOISE POLICY. Unauthorised parties, group gatherings and functions are strictly prohibited. Prior to arrival a list of the names of the four guests including their home address and email addresses must be provided prior to check-in. All guests must present a valid ID, driver's licence or passport on check-in. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent or step-parent who must be able to provide a photo ID/passport/driver's licence. If a guest is found to be a person under the age of 18 and is not accompanied by a parent or step-parent, the booking will be cancelled and the full booking amount will be forfeited.Guests who are unable to meet these requirements will not be granted access to the apartments.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A pre-authorised security deposit from $1000 - $2000 is required.

SELF CATERING (Servicing on Request)

All our apartments are fully self contained and self catering, just like a home away from home. This means you have complete privacy during your stay. There is no daily cleaning service provided and linen is not changed during your stay unless it is longer than 7 days.

Daily cleaning and servicing can be arranged prior to your arrival and is charged at $80 per day. A full linen change and clean can be arranged for $150.

Payment Policy

A DEPOSIT (the first night’s accommodation) is required to secure the booking and is refundable up to 21 days before arrival. Payment of the deposit constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions detailed on Docklands Executive Apartments (DEA) website. A SECURITY DEPOSIT is required from $1000 and $2,000 using a credit card authorisation from the registered guest. The security deposit and FULL PAYMENT of the accommodation must be received prior to occupancy. The authorised signatory for the credit card must be a registered guest and be present at check-in.
If not DEA has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-book the apartment.
DEA has a very strict ZERO TOLERANCE no noise policy, unauthorised parties, group gatherings and functions are strictly prohibited. Also the number of guests should not exceed four. However for stays of 7 days and longer, additional servicing is available on request and additional charges may be incurred. All apartments are NON SMOKING, however smoking is permitted on the balcony with the doors closed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Fees will apply if there are multiple bookings.

If cancelled or modified later or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Travel Directions

Situated between Collins and Bourke Streets Melbourne. From Tullamarine Airport it is about a 19 minute taxi ride for a cost of about $50AU one way. The Starbus Airport Shuttle (www.starbus.net.au) or Jetbus Shuttle (www.jetbus.com.au) will transfer you direct from Melbourne Airport to the apartment complex. Cost $17AU per person one way or $30AU for a prepaid return ticket per person, departing every 20 to 30 minutes, 5am till 11pm 7 days a week. The Skybus takes you from Melbourne Airport to Southern Cross Station, runs 24 hours a day and then it is about a 10 minute walk to the apartment complex.
