This two-storey abode offers plenty of space to unwind with friends, relax in your own quarters. Enjoy the luxe outdoor areas in a perfect setting for clinking glasses or just relaxing in a hammock or enjoying the firepit while toasting marshmellows.  Bay Breeze’s multi-purpose design  could comfortably accommodate groups of families, friends or colleagues, even yoga/meditation/sports training or writers groups, and would even work as a cosy couples escape. 

If you’re seeking quiet respite from go-go city living, Bay Breeze meets all of the requirements, a swimming beach just 800 metres away, you can enjoy the peaceful township, take a relaxed walk along the beach  or on the track behind the beach all the way to the next town Corinella while enjoying the coastal scenery, then return home to enjoy amazing sunset views from the balcony. The outdoor BBQ and fire pit area are ideal for fun-filled evenings in the backyard.

Coronet Bay has a general store providing  basic essentials, petrol, alcohol and DVDs, newspaper.  Its best to food shop before you arrive.


Away from the house, Coronet Bay and its neighbours are brimming with activities. For the kids, the local BMX area and basketball courts are within walking distance, and for the big kids, there are several golf courses nearby. Woolami and Smiths surf beaches are patrolled, and offer an alternative to the Bay where the rugged coastline can be enjoyed for water-sports. The area is also known for its fishing spots - enthusiasts can launch fishing boats off the Coronet boat ramp, or travel a further 10 minutes to the Corinella ramp for larger vessels or to fish straight off the pier. 

For those open to venturing a little further afield, Phillip Island is famous for its wildlife, motorsports and host of local wineries set overlooking the picturesque Southern Gippsland coastlines. It’s less than half an hour’s drive from Coronet Bay to Phillip Island, where you can enjoy the penguin parades, koala reserves, visit the Grand Prix track, skip over to Churchill Island, or, for more relaxation, stop in at one of the island’s several day spas.

Whats Included

Bed Linen is provided, or you can bring your own please let me know when booking. General cleaning, high chair, porter cot are included. Fire wood provided but can not be garanteed. Bring your own towels, or hire them for $12pp (please let me know) Bring your own beach towels. 

 A late checkout 11.00am and earlier check in  (not in peak times) can be arranged.
The rate is for up to 10 guest. One extra person can be added at an additional small charge.

Please ask for couples/2 people rate. (Strickly 2 people otherwise full bond will be kept) 

Location

Coronet Bay, Victoria is part of Western Port Bay with a diverse landscape of rural pastures and breathtaking coastal scenery. It boasts a very safe swimming beach with French Island as its backdrop. Coronet Bay is unspoilt and unique, great for those quiet walks at sunrise or sunset. The beach is long enough for the jogger also. Coronet Bay is approximately one and hour hours from the CBD on the Eastern Freeway and East Link. It?s located no more than 15 minutes to San Remo and the Phillip Island Bridge; 20/25 minutes to Grand Prix Track and to patrolled Woollami/Smiths Surf Beaches.

Bay Breeze     Conditions of Holiday Tenant

Payment

A % deposit is required as conformation of the booking   or full payment if less than one month away

 Account numbers given on request.

The balance of rental payable for the letting period in full to site or myself via bank transfer 4 weeks in advance before your booking date.

If a booking is less than a month out a full payment is required as confirmation and a bond may apply.

A bond of $500/$700

The bond will be returned within 2 /  5  after inspection of the house.

Bond can be waivered for repeat bookings if agreed by me.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation the following conditions apply

20% of the total rent will be non-refundable from the confirmation date to cover admin costs.

Less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to arrival 35% of the total rental forfeited.

Less than 14 days prior to arrival date 100% of total rent forfeited.

If more than the number of people stay that have been booked  without my knowledge the full bond will be kept

If two people book with the discout and other people stay the full bond will be kept.

With NO SHOW the full amount will be due and payable (consideration will be taken into account if proof of major un foreseen circumstances occur.)

Number of Persons

The premises must be kept clean at all times. The number of persons staying is the number specified in the original booking.  The house sleeps ten and the price is for a limit of ten, if there are more people to stay even if it is one night I need to be notified outside the 10 amount. If after you have booked you want to add more people with numbers still under 10people I will need to be informed also. The price still remains the same, for up to 10 people. If there are more than 10 people even if for one nights stay I will need to be informed as an extra charge is required and extra bedding and linen will need to be arranged before your booking date.

If extra people stay especially on New Year’s Eve and peak times the full bond will be taken as part of the breach of this agreement.

Babies

If you use the high chair, porter cot or trainer toilet seats and other children’s items it is your responsibility to thoroughly clean before departure. Should additional cleaning be required  money will be taken from the bond. Please inform me if you need these items

Inspections

An inspection of the premises can be made by me or my reprehensive at any time.

If your stay is 6 days or longer on the 3/4th day the spa will  require clean filters and Ph testing. 

I will inform you of that day, the cleaners will only come into the garden area to service the spa.(you do not need to be there if you have made plans)

Breakage and Damage

Tenants are responsible for all damages and loss, caused by the tenant or their guests, during the term of the occupancy.

Amount will be taken from the bond

Cleaning

The tenant must leave the property in a clean and tidy state, including the removal of all excess rubbish which can be placed into the council bins provided, and put out on the nominate day or when you vacate. If the property is found not to be in a satisfactory condition on vacating then the cost of the “extra” cleaning will be deducted from the Bond. A checklist on how to leave the house tidy will be sent to you and one is at the house. General cleaning is provided in the price.

Smoking

The house is STRICKLY NO SMOKING.  If there are smokers, outside is THE ONLY place to smoke away from the house making sure the doors are shut so smoke dose not drift inside. (Bring your own personal ashtrays preferable with lids) dispose of the ash/butts in the outside bins in a close bag.

Unforseen Events

In the case of an unforseen event such as electrical storm, storm, power surge, or items such as the stove, microwave, hot water unit or such is not working, and if there is damage to the property or spa or goods, I will endeavour to rectify the situation wherever possible and if not, I can not be held accountable for unforseen events or natural disaster’s. In most cases I can not refund days paid for unforseen events. 

Its your responsiblity to use the hot water sensibly/wisely extremely long showers with large numbers of guest one after the other showering will deplete the hot water, and this is not my responsibility.  The water will heat up and replenish over night.

INDEMNITY

The tenants will indemnify the owner against all liability which might otherwise attach to the Owner as a result of injury, damage or loss ( to person or property, suffered by any person where such injury, damage or loss has been caused by or contributed to by any act or omission of the tenants or his Agent or invites). These conditions are agreed between the parties.  Any infringement    permits the Owner to amend the rental or immediately terminate the tenancy.
