From Tullamarine airport take the expressway to the city (You will need a pass for CityLink) Take the Bolte bridge then the exit to the Southern Suburbs Continue under the tunnel and take the main expressway M1 Take the Burnley Street exit to the left - first exit at end of tunnel Turn left onto Burnley Street Turn right onto Swan Street Continue along Swan Street it will become Riversdale Road Continue along Riversdale Road Turn left onto Wattle Valley Road 74 Wattle Valley Road is on your right. Your apartment is Unit 1. The driveway for the Unit is on the uphill side of 74 Wattle Valley Road.

This is a non-smoking house

There is a bond payable on checkin $500 which is fully refundable on checkout provided there is no damage and no items missing from the property.

There is a charge of $20 for the key not being returned on checkout.

Terms & conditions

Our Cancellation Conditions are:

1. Between a month prior to your arrival date and a week prior to your arrival date - loss of deposit. 

2.  Less than a week prior to your arrival date  - 50% of your full payment
