The Bundalong Entertainer

This house is more like a lodge than holiday house with 400 square meters of undercovered living it has more than enough room to cater for large groups or three to four families sharing the house to relax or use as a base to access the River, Golf Courses, Wineries/Restaurants and the great fishing of the surrounding area.  There is over 200 square meters of open living area 2 spa baths 3 bathrooms 5 or 6 bedrooms a games room with pool table and a 12 x 4 meter alfresco balcony over looking the Murry River.

Bundalong is the junction of the Murry River and the Ovens River on the edge of Lake Mulwala and as I call it the Everglades where the grassed banks meet the slow moving river.  The area is famous for its long summer season with international Water sking and Wake Boarding Teams useing the area as a distination due to its almost constant water level and flat water.

The house has reverse cycle air conditioning to both levels that can keep you comfortable all year round there is plenty of off street parking for cars and boat trailers it is Closs to both boat ramps it is walking distance to the River, Watts Cafe, The General Store and the Legandary Bundalong Tavern the home of the famous Bundy Burger and its record making challenge.

Directions

The Bundalong Entertainer

The house has external servalence cameras and a keyless enty system. 

Key cards will be issued to the renter prior to your arrival. 

Key cards will be left on kitchen bench on departure.        

 

On entry to the Premise further instructions will cover all air conditioning and other emenities.

Hot Water and LPG gas and Friges will be connected and turned on before your arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Smoking while not encouraged is permitted on the balcony at the front and rear pf the premise if your guests allow.

Smoke butts disguarded from the balcony that litter the driveway and not removed by renter will be charged as an extra cleaning fee service.

Pets

Pets are permitted outside the house and on the back Balcony only. 

 

The Bundalong Entertainer holds a strict No Party Policy

For any entertaining of extra guests at the propety, the renter must have authorisation from the owner 14 days prior to check in.

As this property is surrounded by other holiday makers and full time residents, no excessive noise is permitted after 11pm. Should neighbours complain to the owner of excessive noise or any harmful or disrespectful behaviour, the owner will terminate your stay without a refund or bond returned..

Failure to leave the property on the instruction of the owner will incur further costs and if necessary a police intervention order.

Booking and Payment Details

The Bundalong Entertainer

Bookings carry a minimum stay of 2 Nights during Low season and 5 to 7 days in High season which will be specified at the time of your booking

A deposit of 10% Owners fee Plus Aura booking fee will be charged at the time of your booking conformation with the full owners pament due 14 days before the arival date.

Security Bond

You will be required to provide Photo Identification and your cedit card details 7 days prior to your arrival date and a $1000 AU payment 

as a security Bondbond to cover damages and or extrra cleaning incidentals that may have occured dureing your stay.

This payment will be held by the owner during your stay and is fully refundable within 7 days after the cleaner has reported the condition of the property after the tenant has vacated.

Check in is at 2 pm on the day of arrival and the check out is by 11 am on the day of departure.
