WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
- Linen - sheets, pillow, pillow cases and towels
- Bedding - doonas/blankets/sleeping bags
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
All bookings commence at 1:30pm and finish at 10am on the day following the last paid night unless prior arrangements are made.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $600 is required to secure and hold your booking.
Balance: The balance is required at least 7 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 7 days of arrival then the full amount is required within 48 hours of making the booking. This balance is also non-refundable in the event of cancellation unless the property is rented to another group for the same rental period.
Extras: All extras must be paid in full prior to first night stay.
Bond: A bond of $600 is required for all family and or multiple couple bookings. For all male or all female group bookings a $1000 bond is required. The bond will be returned within 7 days from the last night's stay. Any damage or breakages, accidental or malicious along with any items missing from the property will be paid for by the renter.
If the house or property requires more than reasonable cleaning, an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the bond (at a rate of $50 per additional hour of cleaning).
At no stage is there to be anymore than the maximum number of 14 people staying overnight at the residence or on the property unless prior arrangements are made. If this is found to be the case the entire bond will be forfeited.
Unless prior consent is given we DO NOT allow tents to be errected or caravans on the property.
Unless prior consent is given NO pets allowed.
