A deposit will be required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation - the balance to be paid on departure.
If a deposit has not been received within a week of booking, and no contact has been made to us within that week, the booking may be cancelled.
In some cases if a booking is made less than a week prior to arrival, deposit arrangements can be negotiated.

When deposits are received it is accepted as a two-way contract. We will honour your booking and expect the same in return. However if circumstances necessitate a cancellation, deposits will be refunded if reasonable notice is given:
- 1 month's notice or greater, full deposit return
- 2 week's notice, half deposit return
- 1 week's notice, forfeit deposit.
