River front cabins 1 & 2 consist of 2 bedrooms with 1x double & 4 bunks. Main bed is supplied with linen and towels.Bunks supplied with pillows and blankets. Views overlooking the river All with verandahs and outdoor furniture Master bedroom – double bed, blankets, doonas, pillows, electric blanket, vanity mirror, clock radio 2 nd bedroom – one or two sets of bunks, pillows and blankets only provided for each bed Kitchen – contains bar fridge/freezer, microwave, hotplates, griller, some cabins have ovens as well, cutlery, crockery, pots, kettle, toaster, electric fry pan and utensils. Bathroom – contains toilet, hip bath, shower, vanity and hairdryer. Basic toiletries are provided. Living areas – are equipped with LCD TV's, reverse cycle air conditioning units and dining settings. Six berth standard cabins have lounge chairs as well. Each cabin is provided with iron, ironing board, clothes airer, broom, mop and bucket. Laundry facilities are situated behind the cabins at the amenities block. Use of wood BBQ's/campfires to the front of the cabins and an electric undercover BBQ behind the cabins. Our biggest asset however is the Ovens River which flows right past our park. It provides you with a host of activities, from swimming, liloing, fishing or just watching it flow by.

At the same time you are only 400m from the centre of Bright and the Centenary Park pool and adventure playground, giving you easy access to everything this favorite holiday destination offers.

The following park rules are necessary to ensure your stay is enjoyable.


  1. All accommodation and site arrivals from 2pm onwards. Departure time is no later than 10am. Late check out fees will be charged after this time. A late check out time can be requested at arrival.
  2. All arrivals must register and PAY IN FULL by cash, EFTPOS or Credit card BEFORE entering the park.
  4. Cabin, Units, Villas and Sites are to be left the way you found them. Clean and Tidy. Smoke free zones are in all accommodation, rec room and the amenities.
  5. Linen, coffee, tea, biscuits, sugar, toilet paper, towels and tissues are provided in accommodation upon check in; however are not replenished during your stay. Any subsequent items can be obtained at the office at a cost.
  6. VISITOR CARS MUST REMAIN OUTSIDE THE PARK. Management accept no responsibility for damage or theft of visitor cars.  Visitor behaviour is the responsibility of the paying guest.
  7. Car Parking – ONE CAR PER SITE ONLY, NO CARS TO BE PARKED ON THE RIVERFRONT.  Car speed is walking pace only. Please observe the shared path way and hump signs.
  8. Bikes are to be ridden in daylight hours only and helmets must be worn while riding in the park. No bikes, skateboards etc around amenities, rec room or units.
  9. BBQ, toilets & camp kitchen to be left in a tidy manner ready for the next person to use.
  10. All music and undue noise to cease by 10PM. Foul language, abusive, threatening behaviour or assault will not be tolerated and may result in eviction from the park. 
  11. NO PETS OR FIREWORKS permitted in the park.
  12. FIRES allowed ONLY in the brick BBQs provided. No fire Drums allowed.
  13. No tree pruning, trenches dug or moving of dirt modified in anyway.
  14. Parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour at all times and children under 6 must be accompanied and supervised in the amenities.
  15. All garbage to be wrapped and placed in the bins provided
  16. Management take no responsibility for losses, damage or injury to property or persons whilst in the park. Usage of all park fixtures and facilities is done so at your own risk and all due care should be taken. You will be liable for ANY DAMAGE OR BREAKAGES occurring in the park or accommodation during your stay.
  17. CLOTHES LINES No temporary clothes lines to be erected in the park at any time.
  18. One power point per site with no exceptions, unless site fee is paid for. Water pressure is extremely high; turn off water to sites when not in attendance.
  19. All re-bookings are subject to how the site or accommodation is left, management has the right to terminate forward bookings if conditions are breached.
  20. Re-bookings for the same time the following year must be done PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE. We cannot hold your site or accommodation after you have left the park at the end of your stay.
  21. MANAGEMENT ARE ON CALL 24/7. In all EMERGENCIES please ring the afterhours number.
  22. Management have the right to refuse entry and or bookings to any person without giving reasons thereof. The proprietors reserve the right to terminate this permit for any reasons whatsoever at any time without refund.



Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations must be in writing or by telephone.

Peak Periods - Christmas bookings & Easter bookings

If cancellations occur then all deposit monies are forfeited and you forfeit the option of the following years booking.

All refunds are also subject to cleaning fees (if applicable). Each clean will be charged at $50.

When minimum bookings apply, a handling fee of $50.00 for each extra booking taken to fill the minimum period, will apply.

Shoulder Periods / mid - (midyear school holidays, autumn festival, hot rod and long weekends)

No refunds on deposits for accommodation and sites less than 4 weeks.

Off Peak - All other times.

14 days’ notice must be given for cancellations on accommodation / sites, deposits will be refunded less a handling fee of $50.

If cancellation occurs within the 14 day period deposits will be forfeited.
