Local amenities such as restaurants and general stores are within walking distance, and excellent shopping locales are all within short drives, including Box Hill Central, Forest Hill Chase and Doncaster Shopping Town (all accessible by public transport).

Visitors to the area can enjoy some of Melbourne’s most popular attractions which include the Dandenongs, Yarra Valley wine country and Healesville Wildlife Sanctuary.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate that most guests will appreciate our property, buth the occassional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:

- The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation email.
- Additional fees will apply for addtional guests that were not agreed to at the time of booking.
- Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic us only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payment.
- Damage, breakages, Theft and Loss are the guest's responsibility during their stay.
- Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check out time is by 9 am, unless agreed to otherwise with the property manager. This allows us to clean the property before the next guest's arrival. Late check out fee of $50 may apply if property not vacated on time.
- Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
- Linen, towels are provided.
- Pets are not allowed, unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
- Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
- Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Cancellation or changes to confirmed bookings for this property will not be permitted for any reason. Once the booking is confimed it cannot be refunded or altered in any way.

The property is located within walking distance from the Blacbkurn train station. The bus line that goes to the Melbourne Airport has a stop walking distance away from the apartment. Blackburn is also accessible via the Eastern Freeway.
