341 Macquarie Street is in the South Hobart Village with clear views of Mount Wellington, about 10 min walk 800m from the Salamanca waterfront and Hobart CBD. 

The house is deceptively large inside, and very warm being heated by a great modern central hydronic heating system. Three individually decorated bedrooms include 2 Queen bedrooms one upstairs, one downstairs and 2 single beds in the third bedroom. 

Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and there is one bathroom ground floor which includes a bath and laundry facilities. 

Please note that the stairs are very steep and inappropriate for someone unstable on their feet. 

The residence is heated throughout, with polished floorboards downstairs and carpet upstairs, separate living / meals room, flat screen TV with integral DVD player. 

All services including internet connection, and all the things you will need to cook and eat with other than the food, linen and towels, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, iron, are included. 

Porta cot and stair guard are in the house, please bring your own cot linen if your baby will be using the porta cot.

Offstreet carparking is available at rear of the block, access is via neighbouring property.

Location: 

The house is centrally located in the South Hobart Village, which includes an excellent grocer, post office, newsagency, some cafes and some good restaurants. 

Past the small back yard is the Hobart Rivulet, along which a walking path will take you downstream into town, or upstream to the Cascades, or for a really long walk up Mt Wellington. 

Just around the corner is the start of the Southern Outlet, which is the main highway South of Hobartaccess to the Huon Valley, Bruny Island, D'Entrecasteaux channel. 

Continue along Macquarie Street and connect up with the Tasman Highway access to Port Arthur, Tasman Peninsula, Maria Island and the East Coast 

Continue along Macquarie Street and connect up with the Brooker Highway access to Derwent Valley, the Midlands, North and West of the State.

Owner/Manager may retain an amount from the Security Bond equal to any damages or costs actually incurred by the owner/manager as a result of the traveller's breach of the contract between the owner/manager and the traveller. Payment of deposit or full tariff constitutes guest's acceptance of these terms & conditions. Variances to these terms and conditions may be agreed on by arrangement with the owner in writing. A non-refundable deposit of the first night's accommodation confirms your booking. This deposit will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled. Payments are accepted by credit card or by direct debit into the bank account specified (BSB 067 002, Account no 1040 0886, Reference Your Surname and Month of Your Arrival). Remaining Balance of full tariff is to be paid at least 1 month prior to your arrival date. Failure to remit the full tariff by this time may result in cancellation of your booking, unless alternative payment arrangements have been made by agreement with management - please contact us to discuss. Bookings made within 1 month of arrival date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Charges will be applied for keys not returned, excess cleaning, rubbish removal, maintenance deemed in excess of normal wear and tear, loss or damage to property, fixtures, fittings, utensils, appliances, furniture, flooring, linen, unauthorised late checkout. Description of the property is given in good faith and no responsibility for misinterpretation will be accepted. Refunds will not be given if you are not satisfied with the accommodation. Bed Linen and towels are supplied, in addition to full kitchen facilities. Cots and high chairs are available by prior arrangement, but cot linen is not provided. Permitted Use of the property is for quiet enjoyment, parties & functions are strictly prohibited. The property is not equipped for large groups or functions. Disturbance to our neighbours (including excessive noise) is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. No smoking inside, no pets allowed. Any breach of the above conditions permits the owner to refuse the key, or immediately terminate the occupancy with forfeiture of your tariff. The owners take no responsibility for tenant's personal property during their stay. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are tenants responsibility. Tenants must make sure that the gates and doors remain closed and locked when not in use.

This cute and quaint historical Victorian cottage was everything we hoped for; room enough in fact for our older family of 5. Well appointed and very comfortable; kids loved the stairs and their upstairs rooms. Close to the city center, a coffee shop, supermarket and off road parking. Great communication from Nick as well. Beautiful and well decorated, quaint home, and Nick was absolutely lovely in answering our questions and being able to accomodate us so promptly (we requested to stay at the last minute as we ran into problems with our previously booked accomodation). A wonderful, well appointed, quaint cottage, walking distance to the CBD and Salamanca Place. Easy access to major thoroughfares. Everything you need is nearby including supermarket. Just be careful on the Victorian era stairs which are very steep.4/5 by ,
