Woodlands Cottage is a comfortable and relaxing farmstay accommodation in Deloraine, Tasmania. Located on 300 hectare working farm which is surrounded by natural forests with 2 km of river frontage on the Meander River.
Our 100 year old cottage is fully self-contained and can cater for up to five people. There are 2 bedrooms (two double beds and a single bed), an equipped kitchen, shower and toilet. Additional beds can be provided.

Woodlands Farm is located at 405 Mole Creek Road, Deloraine. We are only 5 minutes from Deloraine (first property on the left after the railway line), and 40 minutes from Launceston and Devonport.

Deloraine is only five minutes drive away where there are many art and craft locations. Each year we have the internationally acclaimed Deloraine craft fair in November where around 230 exhibitors show their wares.

Canoeing activities are available on the Meander River, the property has 1.5km of river frontage
Farm animals live on the property, Cattle, Chickens, Horses, Dogs, Guests able to interact with the farm animals, Working farm with some limits on guest access to animals.
On Woodlands we run between 600 to 1,200 dairy heifers depending on the time of year. We also have 3 friendly horses.
