This 2 bedroom apartment was only renovated/established in February 2014. It is situated under a house that was built in 1925 and features all required sound and fire insulation.
Because it is level with the street, we decided to make it accessible for the disabled. There are ramps, handrails, wide doors, low light switches, large shower with seat and a care pan. So it is suitable for everyone, disabled or not.
One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 separate king single beds. These may be moved together if preferred.
The spacious lounge has a flat screen TV on the wall and a dining area in the corner.
Free unlimited WiFi is available.
The kitchen is compact but has everything in it including a dishwasher and convection/microwave oven. There is a front loader clothes washing machine hidden away in one of the cupboards. A clothes dryer is hidden away in the bathroom.
The apartment features a number of interesting art works.
The front courtyard has parking for 1 car, table and chairs for morning coffee in the sun and a sandstone water feature.
The Launceston city centre is only 10 to 12 minutes walk away and Aurora stadium is about 20 minutes walk.
Just 2 minutes walk away is Relish Everyday Cafe. Great for coffee, breakfast and brunch.
