1.Full payment is required at the time of booking for dates within 6 weeks. Payment indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.Bookings for dates more than 6 weeks ahead require payment of a 25% deposit with the full payment due two weeks before arrival.
3.A bond of $500 is required and will be refunded following an inspection of the property after your stay.
3.1.Payments can be made by direct deposit into my bank account (details will be emailed to you when you book)
Occupying the property
4.The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed 6.
5.Pets are not allowed.
6.Normal check in time is 2.30 pm (flexible subject to readiness) and check out time is 10.30 am (flexible depending on bookings).
7.No private functions without prior arrangement.
8.Breakages and losses: You are responsible for leaving the property in the state in which you found it on arrival. Please report any breakages or losses. While the owner will not pursue reimbursement for minor accidental damage or normal wear and tear, the cost of making good any other damage or loss to the property, garden or contents will be charged to you.
9.The owner is not liable for loss of your personal belongings while you are in the property.
10.The owner recommends all guests purchase travel insurance as the owner is not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst guests are staying at the property.
