It is quietly positioned as a comfortable base from which to explore the rich heritage of Hobart, including her architecture and the eclectic art and cultural scene of Hobart.

Hobart offers a unique range of attractions including the Museum of Old and New Art ( MONA) which is only a short drive or ferry ride away, as is historic Battery Point and Salamanca Place, home to the famous Salamanca Markets.

We take pride in offering Charbella's on Norma to our guests and we expect that a high standard of care is taken whilst staying in our apartment.

This is a Non Smoking premise and No Candles or Naked Flames are allowed.

A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking and this will be refunded back into your bank account within 48 hours of leaving Charbella's on Norma provided that everything is in order.

Do not leave the washing machine or dryer on whilst you are away from the apartment and the cupboard door that houses the washing machine must be left open when it is in use.

There is a recycling rubbish bin in the garage for you to place items that can be recycled ie newspaper, glass jars and glass bottles, aluminium cans etc and there is a green rubbish bin along the walkway to the entrance to Charbella's on Norma in which you can place any other items.

' Home- Sharing ' Exemption in Tasmania

A Planning Permit is not required for Visitor Accommodation in a dwelling that is used by the owner or occupier as their main place of residence.

Charbella's on Norma is a separate 2 bedroom apartment with its own entrance on the ground level of the hosts' residence.

1. Maximum number of guests are 4.We do not charge for children under 2 years of age.

2. The apartment is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness while on the premises or using its facilities.The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest / guests.

3. Children must be strictly supervised at all times
4. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property and all breakages and or damage must be paid for by the guest.

5. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED, nor is the use of CANDLES or NAKED FLAMES anywhere in the apartment or within the grounds.
6. Pets are NOT Allowed.
7. Parking is limited to one vehicle and the car must be parked in the designated Guest Car Park.The main driveway must be kept clear at all times.
8. Only use appliances for their intended use and upon request, guests may use the washing machine and dryer.

"Great location, well appointed, has everything you need for a comfortable stay." My husband and I had a lovely long weekend staying at Charbellas which is extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Everything has been thought of. We appreciated the luxurious towels and linen and the bed was extremely comfortable after a long day sightseeing. Carol provides a well stocked supply of tea, coffee and treats as well as providing some breakfast essentials which all add the to the appeal upon settling in. Carol and Ian are such warm hospitable hosts. We loved the location, the fabulous view and Carol's top hints on where to visit and eat were spot on. Charbellas is great for a short or long stay. We'll be back and we already have recommended Charbellas to friends who have already booked in!

Charbellas was great place to stay - great view & close to everything. Carol was a perfect host & made sure we had everything we needed. Very well equipped kichenette. Very comfortable bed!



"A Top Spot" What a Find! Expansive views of the Derwent River with majestic Mt Wellington as the back drop. At the end of each day we enjoyed a wine or two on the private balcony as the sun set over beautiful Hobart. This apartment has it all. Set up perfectly as a home away from home. The hosts, Carol & Ian, have left no stone unturned in ensuring guests have a fabulous stay. Well located, serene, off street parking for the car and so close to many of Hobart's attractions. Thanks for your attention to detail Carol & Ian, Charbella's is without doubt 5 stars plus!
