Thank you for staying with the Island Breeze Motel.
A guest BBQ area is available for your convenience between 7am – 9pm. Only guests may use the BBQ. It is not available for private functions. Only the registered number of guests are permitted to stay. A fee will be charged for extra guests who stay overnight.
Motel rooms are serviced daily with a modified service on weekends. Rooms are not serviced on Public Holidays. The A Frames cabins are serviced weekly.
Check in from 1:00 pm. Earlier check is subject to availability and with prior agreement by motel management. Check in after 6:00 pm must be arranged in advance. Check out up by 10am. Late check out is subject to availability.
Fees for Damages and Cleaning In the event rooms are left in an unacceptable condition, an excess cleaning fee of up to one night’s accommodation may apply. A clean up fee may be charged if spillages occur on carpet or bedding. In the event this spillage cannot be removed, a replacement fee will be charged to the credit card.
All motel rooms are strictly “No Smoking” *. Smoking is permitted outside rooms. If smoking occurs in the room a cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card. A replacement fee of $30.00 will apply if room key is lost. In the event of any of the room remote controls being removed or damaged a fee of $80.00 per item will apply.
Surcharges and minimum night bookings may apply during peak periods, long weekends or during special events. This is advised on the motel website or by management at the time of booking. Payment Policy Valid credit card details must be provided at time of booking. Group bookings require a cash deposit of 25% of the total cost to secure the booking. Full payment must be made at check in, or at check out by prior agreement.
Cancellation Policy Individual cancellations Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the booking will be provided with a 100% refund. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total payment. Same day cancellations or ‘no show’ appointments will be charged the full payment Group cancellation or reschedule Cancellations made at least 45 days prior to the booking will be provided with a 100% refund. Cancellations made with less than 45 days’ notice will be charged the 25% deposit. Same day cancellations or ‘no show’ appointments will be charged the full payment.
