Bellerive Marina View Apartments

The apartment is located on the second floor of a new, architecturally designed complex. It contains two bedrooms and one bathroom. It features timber flooring throughout and carpet to both bedrooms. It is furnished with a modern retro decor.

The first bedroom is sky-lit with a sitting cove and contains a queen sized bed. It features built in robes, wall mounted TV and phone dock.

The second bedroom is bright and sunny and may be configured to contain a large king sized bed or two single beds. It also features built in robes, a wall-mounted TV and a phone dock.

Both rooms are supplied with freshly washed and ironed linen, large bath towels and beach towels.

The combined bathroom and laundry is efficiently compact and usable with lovely fittings, ultra modern appliances and excellent ventilation.

The European style kitchenette features beautiful white non-slam cupboards and drawers with a black mirrored splash back. Included is a stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, wall oven and hotplates with lighted range-hood above, automatic coffee machine and a selection of fine tea.

The living area includes a lovely colorful retro lounge, a cup chair, and a dining suite which lead through double glass doors to the verandah and BBQ overlooking the Bellerive Marina.

Your entertainment is complete with a 50 inch wall mounted LCD 3D Smart TV, Blu Ray player, Foxtel (pending installation) and enhanced sound bar with sub woofer.

Do you require a bond?

No bond is required.  You provide your credit card details as security for the property and keep your accommodation payments in advance for the duration of your stay with us.

When is my first invoice due?

Your first accommodation invoice is due 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.
If you are booking less than 2 weeks prior to occupancy, your payment will be due immediately.

Do I need to bring linen or towels?

Each property is equipped with plenty of fluffy cotton towels and lovely freshly ironed bed linen. There is also a spare set of bed linen per bed in each property. Depending on the duration of your stay additional linen can be made available.

How long can I stay?

Stay a day, a week, or months. The longer you stay the cheaper the rate.

Do you provide a regular service clean of the property?

Service cleans are not included in our rates, but we would be pleased to arrange them for you. Please contact us for further information.

What does a service clean include?

  • Changing the bed linen;
  • Cleaning the bathroom areas;
  • Floors vacuumed/swept and mopped;
  • Windows/mirrors cleaned; and
  • Surfaces wiped over/polished.

Please note that our staff will clean around any personal effects left on the floor or on any surfaces. Washing dishes is not included and if left, will be cleaned around as best we can. Finally, whilst our staff do take the garbage out for you during the weekly service, we do recommend that you regularly empty the bins to preserve the hygiene of your living environment.

What is supplied?

When you arrive at your property there will be complimentary provisions of tea, instant coffee, sugar, espresso coffee, milk, toilet paper, personal amenities, washing-up detergent, washing powder and dishwasher powder to get you off to a comfortable start.

Can you make it easier for me to get to know my property?

Our Apartment contains a Guest Compendium which provides information on the local area, information on the properties facilities (for example a map of the complex showing the location of garbage rooms and parking), as well as manuals to help you operate all of the appliances.

Is there onsite reception at each property?

Unlike a Hotel, BMVA does not operate with a full time reception desk. All of our accommodation is in residential environments so you have a quiet and private environment during your stay. However, once booked in you can contact us 24 hours per day on our emergency after hours number


Terms and Conditions

1. The terms and conditions begin when you accept our accommodation offer.
2. A $200 deposit by credit card is required to reserve the accommodation for you.  The deposit is not refundable if you cancel your booking.
3. The initial accommodation payment (up to 4 weeks) is due 14 days prior to occupancy or upon booking (whichever occurs first).
4. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the commencement date will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 week of accommodation or the total tariff (whichever is the least).  This fee will be processed to your credit card.
5. We require your valid credit card number for security for the duration of your booking.  If the credit card declines any transactions, a $25 administration fee will be added to your account on each occasion.
6. A 5% bank fee applies for AMEX and Diners transactions.  These fees will be added to the transaction total and shown on your invoice.
7. You understand that the agreed rate is for a stay of a specified period.  If you shorten your stay a higher tariff will apply and will be backdated to the date you checked in.  Rates are published on our website.
8. There are no refunds.  We highly recommend travel insurance.
9. Date changes and property moves will be treated as a new booking and/or attract a $25 administration fee.
10. You agree to make all payments by the due date on the invoice received.  Late payments will be charged a $25 administration fee.  At 7 days arrears, the amount owed will be processed to your credit card with a $25 administration fee.
11. A copy of your photo ID is required prior to key collection.
12. The property is being supplied on a rental basis and you need to make your own arrangements for insurance of your possessions, damage to contents and public liability insurance.
13. You understand and accept that sometimes we may need to re-allocate your booking to another property.
14. We will Endeavour to provide you with 24 hours notice if we need to access the property.
15. You agree to give 2 weeks' notice, or 2 weeks payment, if leaving prior to your scheduled departure date.
16. All properties are non-smoking.  If the property smells of smoke at the end of your stay we will keep it vacant to air it out and steam clean the carpets, lounges, mattresses and curtains.  The costs for all of this will be processed to your credit card.  The minimum fee starts at $500.
17. You agree to inform us of any damage or breakages that occur during your stay and to compensate us to repair the damage or replace the item/s.  If we find damage or missing items after your departure we will process the rectification costs to your credit card plus a 50% administration fee on each item/issue.
18. If you leave the property unlocked, and items are stolen, vandalized or otherwise damaged, you agree to compensate us for the missing items and/or damage detailed in conditi
