Our Pet Policy
If you intend bringing a dog, cat or kangaroo or any other animal for that matter you must not let them loose under any circumstances. All of our properties have yards and there are three parks within 100 metres for exercise. Animals that are house trained and do not leave hair inside are allowed inside but not on beds or furniture. You are responsible to clean up any hair or other nuisances left by them.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations must be requested by email with read receipt, by telephone or in person during business hours and are always at our discretion. In exercising our discretion we take into account the reason for the request and how close it is to the booking date. Any amount not refunded is always available for an alternative booking date if available for 12 months. Charges we have incurred are never refundable. What to do if you Want to Book
It is important to get in contact with us as soon as you decide to go ahead just in case we have quoted the property to somebody else. Don't forget to tell us which property you are booking and give us all your contact details if not previously provided including your mobile phone number.
