Situated on a quiet, leafy street in Woodcroft with a rural outlook to the rear overlooking Thaxted Park Golf course. 3 minutes away from the Woodcroft shopping centre that provides good shopping, post office, major bus terminus, library and bar/restaurant. The property was built in 2002 to a high and modern standard and can sleep up to 6 people.

A short drive to the lovely southern beaches!

Watch the local parrots in the Gum trees while sipping a local wine. You may even be lucky enough to spot Koalas in the trees to the rear of the house!

Ideal for Golfing holidays as the house backs directly onto Thaxted Park Golf Club. "The Vines" Golf club is only minutes away!!

This is a lovely house that has been enjoyed by many families.

We have had many migrating families stay with us for their first month or so in Australia. As we moved here from the UK ourselves we can give some support and advice to those moving to this wonderful country!

Holiday Rental - House rules for Guests and Visitors.

House rules are provided at the property and emailed to ensure the Guests and Visitors know and comply with the specific Rules governing their permission to enter and occupy the property. Based on the Holiday Rental Code of Conduct - Version 1.0.

4.1 General requirements.

a) Guests and visitors must comply with all House Rules, By-Laws and instructions from the Manager and security services during their stay ; and

b) Guests must notify the Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbours as soon as is practicable.

4.2 Noise and  Residential amenity.

a) Guests and visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10 pm and 8 am and during arrival and departure throughout the occupancy.

b) Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges for security and other expenses incurred may be deducted from the security deposit or bond under the Terms and Conditions; and

c) Guests must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact upon the residential amenity of neighbours and local community.

4.3 Visitors and guest numbers.

a) Guests are responsible for ensuring the limits set on guest numbers (MAXIMUM 6) is strictly adhered to. In the event of more guests staying it will be deemed a serious breach of contract and will result in termination of permission to stay.

IT IS MOST IMPORTANT THAT THE NUMBER OF GUESTS STAYING IN THE PROPERTY IS AS PER YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. This is an occupational health and safety issue relating to fire safety, sanitation and hygiene issues and properties may be checked for compliance. If it is found that there are more people at the property, (parties) the tenancy will be terminated and any monies paid will not be refunded. At the time of booking guests are asked the number of persons requiring accommodation. If extra guests or bedrooms are used extra charges will be made.

b) Guests are responsible for ensuring that the limits set on visitor numbers is complied with at all times; and

c) Guests are responsible that visitors comply with these house rules.

4.4 Gatherings or functions

a) The property is not a "Party house" and any such activities are strictly prohibited; and

b) Any gathering ,celebration or entertainment permitted at the Property must not conflict with residential amenity and must comply with all other requirements.


4.5 Parking

a) Guests and visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out below and show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles; and

b) parking arrangements at the property are as follows: 2 cars on the drive.

4.6 Garbage and recycling

a) Guests and visitors are to dispose of their garbage in accordance with the usual practice at the property ( as set out below) in the allocated bins ,any excess rubbish to be taken away by guests are an arrangement made with management; and

b) Garbage and recycling  arrangements at the property are as follows: Please place bins out on                   night.

4.7 Security

a) Whenever you are absent from the property , close all windows and  lock doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage; and

b) Switch off all lights and appliances not necessary during your absence.

4.8 Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

4.9 Pets

Pets are not allowed upon the premises.

4.10 Damages and breakages.

Please report any damages and breakages to the manager as soon as possible.

4.11 Emergency contact

4.12 Insurance and liability.

Please ensure that you have adequate travel / personal insurance. The owners of the property do not assume any liability for your person or personal belongings and valuables.

4.13 Compliance

a) Breach of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy.

b) The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the property, Guests or visitors who refuse to or do not follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance.




Any time All cancellations incur loss of deposit

If cancellation made within 14 days of arrival ~ loss of 100.00% of the total booking price.


  • Bookings are deemed as “confirmed” when payment has been made by the guest.
  • If you need to refund the deposit you must contact the owner
  • Your cancellation policy is a binding agreement between you and the customer.

Bond / Damages:

Any damage to the property or the fixtures, fittings or contents will be replaced at cost plus time from the bond.Plus landlords time at $20 per hour.

If any fixtures / fittings or contents are missing upon departure they will be replaced from the bond + landlords time at $25 per hour.

If there are more guests than stated in the booking agreement or more than the maximum six which contravenes our insurance policy the bond is forfeit.

If there is incident or guests have to be asked to leave due to damage/ noise or general disturbance the bond is forfeit.

Any time taken to rectify damage will be charged from the bond at $25 per hour.

Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance..

1.Turn left as you exit the airport onto a dual carriageway (Sir Donald
Bradman Drive)

2.Turn left onto Tapleys Hill Road at the first main crossroads. This road
does change its name to Brighton Road eventually but just keep going

3.Follow this road through the suburbs on Unley and Brighton for quite a few
miles. You should have the sea on your right and Hills to the left!

4.Eventually the road climbs uphill with only one large house on the right
overlooking the sea.

5.At the top of the hill turn left onto Majors Road.

6.At the end of this road turn right onto South Road.

7.After a couple of miles there is a very large intersection, keep LEFT and
head towards Woodcroft on Panalatinga Road.

8. After a couple of miles and 2 sets of lights you will see the Woodcroft
Shopping Centre on your right at the third set of lights. Go straight on.

9.A few hundred metres down this road you will see a signpost for the golf
course, turn left into there.

10.Keep left and the house is the second one, I shall have my white Toyota 4
x 4  with the reg plate TYKE 01 parked outside.!!

From the moment of enquiry to the end of our stay everything was spot on! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the outlook onto the golf course is a lovely view to wake up to everyday. It is centrally located to many things, Noarlunga which has major shopping complex, movies, bowling etc for kids and a train to the CBD where we had a day out at the zoo. Lots of playgrounds nearby and a unique mini train 2 min away for the kids every 2nd & 4th Sunday in a beautiful parkland (also great for running/walking). Clean, a backyard and Russell was there to greet us and show us around and very quick and easy communication when we needed it. Strongly recommend this home, it was fantastic for our family.5/5 by ,
Thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Woodcroft House. It was a great location - quiet and peaceful and right on the doorstep of beautiful Adelaide, wonderful beaches and the luscious red wines, fantastic scenery and delicious produce of the McLaren Vale region and the rest of the Fleurieu Peninsula. Woodcroft House was clean and offered all the mod cons. The owners could not have been more hospitable, meeting us when we arrived to ensure we were properly settled in and being available our whole visit to give us plenty of great ideas for day trips and places to visit. We can highly recommend Woodcroft House for those wishing to visit and enjoy a trip to Adelaide and surrounds.5/5 by ,
