This beautiful 2 storey ground floor apartment is our newest luxury apartment to join the family, and it's a beauty! Comfort is the key word here. This apartment is perfect for the family or multi-family holiday. It has a large paved outdoor entertainment area with plenty of room to move inside and out.

The property has two large bathrooms, quality kitchen appliances including a huge fridge/freezer, split system heating and cooling in every room including bedrooms and secure lock up parking.
The large living and entertaining area extends out to the undercover rear patio featuring bbq and large outdoor table. The living area offers large aflat screen television and DVD player. This apartment is perfect for any combination be it a couple or a family or ample room for 2-3 families.

Combine the apartment with a park across the road for the kids or a 2 minute walk to the beach to make this the perfect holiday destination for the family, close friends, 4x4 tours, fishing trips and exploring the south coast and the Fleurieu Peninsula.

All properties managed by Unwind Holidays are privately owned and are rented on a fully self-contained basis. Therefore you must respect the property at all times and leave it as you find it. Do not move furniture around or remove items from the property. If a situation arises where maintainence/repairs are required on the property you must contact Unwind Holidays and under no circumstances employ a tradesperson direct. No smoking is permitted inside the home/apartment. A fee may be charged should the above occur.

Each holiday home/apartment is equipped for a specific number of guests. It is against Health Department regulations for more persons to occupy a property than there are beds to accommodate them. No mattresses, tents or caravans, or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. If a property is reported to be overloaded, the tenants will be asked to vacate with no refund made.

Your holiday home/apartment will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival unless other arrangements are made with Unwind Holidays. One of the team at Unwind Holidays will meet you at the holiday property on arrival to deliver keys (a maximum of two sets of keys per tenancy will be provided) and familiarise you with the property.

If keys and/or remotes are lost, the changing of the locks and replacement of keys and/or remotes will be at your expense. The keys and/or remotes are your responsibility so please take care of them.

A guest registration form is required to be completed for all bookings. The registration form requests details of your name and address as well as credit card details. A $250.00 cash or cheque bond is payable on selected properties. The bond balance will be returned within seven (7) days of your departure date. An increased bond may be incurred for group bookings or at our discretion.

For all bookings 25% of the tariff is required as a deposit to confirm the booking and is payable within seven (7) days from the date you make the booking. Balance of all outstanding monies is due fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival. Payment may be made by bank cheque, money order, Mastercard, Visa or direct deposit.

When a booking is made, the deposit is accepted for the owner at that time. At times situations arise of which we have no control. Unwind Holidays reserves the right to move guests to alternate accommodation (subject to availability) at their discretion or the direct instruction of the property owner. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible and make every reasonable effort to make sure you are satisfied with your new address. If the property is for sale and the ownership changes before your holiday, we cannot guarantee that the property will remain available. We cannot accept responsibility for decisions made by a new owner. However, if the property is sold, you will be notified, allowing Unwind Holidays time to organise you alternative accommodation.

All guests are reponsible for keeping the property secure during their stay and will be responsible for any theft or damage due to neglect in this area.

All guests are responsible for any loss or damage arising from breakages or other damage to the property or common property during their stay, including any additional cleaning, removal of excess garbage, repairs or replacement of items in the property.

No liability is accepted for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the owner or Unwind Holidays control. No responsibility is taken for guests personal property left on or near the premises. It is recommended that guests take out personal property insurance or adequate travel insurance should any unexpected situations arise before or during your travel period.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and at the same tariff, your deposit will be refunded less an $80.00 administration fee. If we do not secure a replacement booking, your deposit is not refundable. If you shorten the period of your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

"Enjoyable weekend!" We had enjoyable weekend with the place. It is about 15 mins walk to the causeway leading to granite island. Restaurants and shopping places are accessible by walk as well. The townhouse is nice and clean. BBQ and a covered outdoor sitting area are available at backyard. Thanks for the host and looking forward for another trip to there next year.
